The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 11 and Feb. 15.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stanley and Mary Antrim, trustees, of Osprey, sold the Unit 903 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Richard Cameron, of Sarasota, for $1,187,500. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,000 in 2010.

SARASOTA
Blakemore Lane
Camille Clarke, of Nokomis, sold her home at 1645 Blakemore Lane to Kimberly Cox, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club sold the Unit 802 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Philip and Nancy Brennan, of Sarasota, for $685,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2005.

R. Lynette Mancuso, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 16 condominium at 1521 Oak St. to Kenneth Bauer and Patricia Gonzalez, of Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2010.

George Browning III, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1423 S. Orange Ave. to Matthew Aresery and Mary Koshy, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1988.

Rivo at Ringling
Tara Entertainment LLC sold the Unit 1110 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to William Blacksher and Linda Winter-Blacksher, trustees, of Placida, for $600,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,200 in 2007.

Condominium on the Bay
Jack Neely and Albert Lawrence, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 912 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to John Moffitt and Donna Perry-Moffitt, trustees, of Los Angeles, for $525,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2006.

Michael and Christine Sylvester, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 31 condominium at 37 Sunset Drive to Karen Bush, of Pittsburgh, for $415,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,900 in 1995.

Renaissance
David Varga and Judith DeWalt, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1408 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Ronald and Barbara Lusen, of New York, for $370,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2004.

Towles
Edward and Illene Dyrda sold their home at 253 S. Links Ave. to Digital VS Film LLC for $320,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2001.

James and Nina Edmonson, of Osprey, sold their home at 4264 Hearthstone Drive to Pierre Gendron and Gail Rollo, of Quebec, Canada, for $310,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2009.

Jack and Gail Giannone, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6530 Bowline Drive to Gordon Schwab and Debra Locking-Schwab, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $285,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,947 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2002.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Lyubov Csaszar, of Punta Gorda, sold her home at 3235 Pine Valley Drive to Rex Painter, of Sarasota, for $272,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,968 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,200 in 2011.

Peter Fish and Diane Singer sold their Unit 15 condominium at 3617 Square West Lane to Rodney and Teri Hjermstad for $225,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $364,900 in 2004.

Milcom Inc. sold the Unit 205-H condominium at 8779 Midnight Pass Road to Bradley and Dayle Berke, of Riverwoods, Ill., for $305,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area.

Harold and Kathryn Kewley, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 213 condominium at 1800 Midnight Cove II Place to Carl and Leatha Terwilliger, of Davison, Mich., for $297,500. Equity Trust Co., Equity Trust Co. Cust FBO Ingorvaia and Angelo Ingorvaia sold the home at 202 Willow Bend Way to James Glazebrook, trustee, of Venice, for $364,900.
