Home in Warwick Gardens sells for $1,175,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 11 and Feb. 15.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kevin Callans, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7127 Chastworth Court to Stuart and Kirsty Pender, of Stirling, Scotland, for $1,175,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,548 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Dennis and Maria Johnston, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13206 Lost Key Place to John and Shelly Glenn, of Lakewood Ranch, for $815,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,100 in 2010.

Paul Distefano and Teresa Campbell, of Fort Myers, sold their home at 7343 Riviera Cove to Terry Jones, of Midlothian, Va., for $240,590. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2006.

River Club South
Martin and Susan Guice, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7610 Pine Valley St. to Bruce and Ashley Henderson, of Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2001.

Summerfield Village
Kreg and Susan Hickman, of Venice, sold their home at 12238 Clubhouse Drive to David Schlott and Elizabeth Vanderlaan-Schlott, of Warren, Mich., for $360,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,746 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,000 in 1999.

T. Craig and Lisa Martin, of Katy, Texas, sold their home at 6252 Tupelo Trail to Kurt and Laura Potter, of Bradenton, for $241,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,026 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,500 in 2004.

Rye Wilderness Estates
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 377 165th Court N.E. to Stephen and Rose Bertrand, of Bradenton, for $348,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2012.

Rosedale Highlands
Robert and Elizabeth Marr, of Berkshire, United Kingdom, sold their home at 5204 97th St. E. to Fredrick and Mary Booth, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,278 square feet of living area.

Hidden Oaks
Jeff Durkee, of Lake Forest, N.C., sold his home at 740 132nd St. Circle N.E. to Christian and Anne McClung, of Palm Harbor, for $332,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,602 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Allison Dain, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6345 Royal Tern Circle to Sterling Financial Group LLC for $277,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,200 in 2004.

Mill Creek
Steven Allen and Mildred Ruiz-Allen, of Valrico, sold their home at 13631 Second Ave. E. to Daniel and Natosha Truman, of Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,500 in 2010.

Chaparral
Sandra Richard, of Bradenton, sold her home at 5915 Sandstone Ave. to Jeremy and Amanda Croteau, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,200 in 1997.

River Place
Betty Waterfield, of Toledo, Ohio, sold her home at 6936 74th St. Circle E. to Christopher Everett and Jodi Cooper-Everett, of Bradenton, for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $369,800 in 2005.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
Francis and Mary Schlauch, trustees, of Whiting, N.J., sold the home at 5120 Palm Aire Drive to Dennis and Rebecca Gooden, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,976 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1991.

Sanron Acres
Fannie Mae sold the home at 2820 69th St. E. to Travis Hall and Sarah DeHaven, of Bradenton, for $228,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,196 square feet of living area.

Coach Home I at River Strand
Richard and June Zepp, of McCormick, S.C., sold their Unit 503 condominium at 8008 Grand Estuary Trail to Europe Invest LLC for $226,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2007.

Greenfield Plantation
Milton and Blanche Whaley, of Marietta, Ga., sold their home at 771 Planters Manor Way to Jeffrey Tuller and Lynne Helfer, of Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet of living area.

Joe and Vivien Wear, of Ellenton, sold their home at 602 Ixora Ave. to Mark and Sara Weintraub, of Ellenton, for $610,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,182 square feet of living area.

Patricia Roberts, of Bradenton, sold her home at 509 Salley Lee Drive to Rose-Marie Perten, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,669 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2002.

River Wilderness
Thomas and Trudi Hodgson, trustees, of Parrish, sold the home at 3602 Wilderness Blvd. E. to Jan Hordvik, of Oslo, Norway, for $349,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,100 in 2000.

Timothy and Kelly Young, of Parrish, sold their home at 2622 Little Country Road to Linda Wilhelm, of McMurray, Pa., for $315,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2001.
