Home in Country Club Village sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 10 and Dec. 21.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. R. Michael and Traci Smullen sold their home at 6933 Lacantera Circle to Bradley and Terri Prechtl, of Bradenton, for $1.1 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,706 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Rocco and Margaret DiBianco, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7524 Greystone St. to Lorne and Lynn Brett, of New Brunswick, for $850,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2007.

Deborah Nierlich, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7520 Rigby Court to Alan and Kathryn Geer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $760,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,510 square feet of living area.

Joseph Rich, trustee, of University Park, sold the home at 7906 Royal Birkdale Circle to Mark Stevens, of Westlake, Ohio, for $655,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $611,800 in 2012.

Donald Carr and Polly Webb, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8071 Royal Birkdale Circle to Michelle Reece, of Lakewood Ranch, for $580,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $421,600 in 2004.

Mario and Barbara Rotondo, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 8131 Championship Court to Edd and Rebecca Dean, of Lakewood Ranch, for $485,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $414,900 in 2002.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 6819 Turnberry Isles Court to Ann-Marie Zappone, of Lakewood Ranch, for $470,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,087 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $589,000 in 2004.

George and Lynda Tingley, of Rock Hill, S.C., sold their home at 12009 Thornhill Court to Leonard and Carol Goodkin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $344,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $304,000 in 2011.

River Club South
James and Moira Wilson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 9424 Royal Calcuttta Place to Michael and Diane Mullihan, of Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $537,000 in 2010.

Ronald and Trudy Adamson, of Sharpsburg, Ga., sold their home at 7544 Harrington Lane to Edward Banker, of Bradenton, for $480,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,868 square feet of living area.

Michael Hayes sold the home at 10159 Glenmore Ave. to Gerald and Natalie Hegarty, of Ontario, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,820 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,800 in 1999.

Steven and Kelly Lee, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1019 Rainbow Court to James and Jeannie Harvey, of Gaithersburg, Md., for $575,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2005.
