Four-bedroom home in Harbor Acres sells for $3 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 10 and Dec. 28.

A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barbara Edgecombe, of Osprey, sold her home at 1368 Harbor Drive to Rebekah Parker, trustee, of Virginia Beach, Va., for $3 million. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 1994.

Bay View Heights
William and Christine Ely, of Sparta, N.J., sold their home at 1500 Bayview Drive to Branden and Whitney Avishar, of New York, for $1.8 million. Built in 1954, it has six bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,775,000 in 2007.

Mary Farchione sold her home at 300 Myrtle Drive to Jeanne Obrenovich and Monty Harris, of Nokomis, for $235,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,122 square feet of living area.
