The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 26 and Jan. 4.

A home in Knightsbridge tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Kloss, of University Park, sold his home at 7328 Barclay Court to Werner Baumgartner, trustee, of University Park, for $950,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,943 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.61 million in 2006.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Neal Signature Homes LLC sold the home at 15113 Camargo Place to Shining Star Estates Ltd. for $899,800. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,320 square feet of living area.
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14306 Stirling Drive to David and Sheryl Holmes, of Bradenton, for $294,200. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,189 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Scott Pettingell, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 7221 Greystone St. to Jerry and Marjorie Long, of Lakewood Ranch, for $810,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $843,900 in 2008.

Xavier Sevilla and Maria Chiriboga-Sevilla, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7033 Beechmont Terrace to James and Filana Raga, of Lakewood Ranch, for $685,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,999 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $551,300 in 2010.

John Hinson and Michael Hetsler, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6827 Turnberry Isles Court to Fay Lazaris, of Lakewood Ranch, for $460,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2004.

Raymond and Julia Pipes, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7461 Edenmore St. to Peter and Martine Moscovita, of Lakewood Ranch, for $459,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,706 square feet of living area.
