Home in Harbor Acres sells for $2.4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 31 and Jan. 4.

A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Roberta King, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1366 Harbor Drive to Harbor Capital Partners LLC for $2.4 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1977.

SARASOTA
San Remo Estates
Todd and Jennifer Linehan sold their home at 1341 Tangier Way to T. Raymond Suplee, trustee, of Sarasota, for $960,000. Built in 1964, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.21 million in 2002.

1350 Main
James and Madelon Cotton, of Atlanta, sold their Unit 1508 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Cliff Smith, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $743,800 in 2007.

Lawrence Pointe
Melissa Wood, of Venice, sold her Unit 203 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to James and Christina Mangie, of Sarasota, for $647,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2009.

Bayview Acres
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 6731 Avenue C to LFS LLC for $499,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2002.

Bungalow Hill
Timothy and Carol Figgatt, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1018 Pomelo Ave. to Mark Anderson and Marcia Watson, of Sarasota, for $499,000. Built in 1942, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1985.

Aqualane Estates
Colleen Cassidy, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1610 Meadowood St. to Janet Bailey, of Sarasota, for $463,200. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 1996.

Vicki Cox, of Roseville, Calif., sold her Unit 1206 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Robert and Sara Arthur, of Washington, D.C., for $410,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $494,500 in 2011.

Sarasota Venice Co.’s River
Ted Miller, of Ocala, and Lidiya Miller, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4144 Swift Road to David and Kelly Nettles, of Sarasota, for $345,000. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,683 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2000.

McClellan Park
Gary Wilkinson and Michelle Wilkinson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1620 Hyde Park St. to Jay Huffaker and Barbara Huffaker, of Los Angeles, for $325,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1983.

Janet Levatin and Gail McLauchlan, trustees, of Rocky River, Ohio, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 5420 Eagles Point Circle to James and Sandra Oliver, of Fort Worth, Texas, for $217,500.
