The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 31 and Jan. 4.
A condominium in 222 Beach Road tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen Barr, trustee, sold the Unit 3 condominium at 222 Beach Road to Richard McCampbell, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2,415,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2011.
Dolphin Bay
George and Selma Dyer, of University Park, sold their Unit 501 condominium at 1240 Dolphin Bay Way to James and Debra Pilcher, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $705,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $386,900 in 1998.
Casarina
John Alen, of Nova Scotia, Canada, sold his Unit 902 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Gary Allen and Cornelia Allen, trustees, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $600,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,300 in 1983.
Siesta Isles
Tonko and Nedeljka Pericic and Morris Pericic, of Flushing, N.Y., sold their home at 1031 Contento St. to Crazy Ridge LLC for $530,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,853 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.
Sarasota Beach
Franz Cowhig, of Sarasota, sold the home at 653 Avenida Del Norte to Avenida Del Norte LLC for $460,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2009.
BankUnited sold the home at 5419 Avenida Del Mare to Michael and Anne Harris, of Chaumont, N.Y., for $351,000. Built in 1975, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,000 in 2005.
Gulf and Bay Club
Therese Finlay and 136401 Canada Inc. sold the Unit 111 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Troy Myers, trustee, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1990.
Siesta Beach
Mark and Amy Lubas, of Sarasota, sold their home at 823 Edgemere Lane to Edward and Kathleen Hutchinson, of Medford, N.J., for $435,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $451,000 in 2004.
James and Vera Bordonali, of Cape Coral, sold their home at 648 Tropical Circle to Mark Flannagan, of Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2005.
Midnight Cove II
John and Susan Anderson, of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 951 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to Kerry and Paula Sullivan, of Syracuse, Ind., for $410,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1982.
Carl and Leatha Terwilliger, trustees, of Davison, Mich., sold the Unit 322 condominium at 1700 Midnight Cove II Place to Drew and Gwen Johnson, of Cincinatti, for $279,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $559,000 in 2006.
Siesta Cove
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 1211 N. View Drive to Joan Navarro, of Sarasota, for $409,900. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,000 in 1994.
Gulf Haven
Burton and Nadia Ferguson, of Montgomery, Ohio, sold their Unit 14 condominium at 5860 Midnight Pass Road to William Jacobs and Andrew Jacobs, of Northbrook, Ill., for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $29,500 in 1972.
Fisherman’s Cove
William and Carol Lewis, of Braselton, Ga., sold their Unit A-209 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Dima Nsouli, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $390,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area.
Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Steven and Linda Ebbing, trustees, of Ramona, Calif., sold the Unit 104 condominium at 5912 Midnight Pass Road to Kibble Family LLC for $315,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2000.
Casa Mar
David and Pamela White, trustees, of Cumberland, Maine, sold the Unit 51 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Giles, trustee, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 600 square feet of living area.
