Home in Country Club Village sells for $854,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 7 and Jan. 11.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Greg Mitton, of New Brunswick, Canada, sold his home at 6814 Dominion Lane to Brian and Julie Lawson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $854,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $732,500 in 2010.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Gwendolyn Mathews, trustee, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 9912 Portside Terrace to Francis Sweeney and Gisele Sweeney, trustees, of Colleyville, Texas, for $590,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2007.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Daniel and Kathleen Cholish, of University Park, sold their home at 7939 Royal Birkdale Circle to Robert and Susan Graff, of Lakewood Ranch, for $572,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,689 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
John Neal Homes Inc. sold the home at 15505 Leven Links Place to Karl and Jacqueline Herle, of Bradenton, for $497,400. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area.

The Links at Palm-Aire
Sanford and Rita Specter, of Chevy Chase, Md., sold their home at 7563 Links Court to Andrew McLellan and Deni Carise, of Philadelphia, for $382,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,754 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1995.

Riverdale Revised
Matthais and Heike Caspary, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4719 Clipper Drive to Thomas and Kathleen Neitzel, of Waukesha, Wis., for $370,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,181 square feet of living area.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Robert and Cynthina Ulrich, of Danbury, Conn., sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6540 Moorings Point Circle to Richard and Carol Mohrman, of Bradenton, for $260,000.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
Dennis and Diane McCoy sold their home at 7822 Drayton Circle to Donald and Donette Gordon, of Bradenton, for $348,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,547 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Buonko and Lena Tan, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6621 225th St. E. to Maura Kiefer, of Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,520 square feet of living area.

Magnolia Hammock at University Place
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7420 Green St. to Jeffrey Benninghoff and Rebecca Levar, of University Place, for $331,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 2005.

Riverwalk Village
Timothy and Rachael Kerrigan, of Fishers, Ind., sold their home at 10816 Bullrush Terrace to John and Angela Candlish, of Lakewood Ranch, for $320,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,454 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,000 in 2005.

Hampton Green
Jory and Victoria Berkwits, of Swampscott, Mass., sold their home at 8017 Hampton Court to Todd and Kimberly Emmerson, of Bradenton, for $317,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $324,000 in 2004.

River Club South
Craig and Alice Bozza, of Bradenton, sold their home at 10514 Cypress Point Drive to Shaun and Wendy Merriman, of Bradenton, for $299,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,427 square feet of living area.

Cypress Creek Estates
William and Sheila Lanier, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6193 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Frederick and Jacqueline Clark, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2003.

Edgewater Village
John and Janet McIntyre sold their home at 8346 Sailing Loop to Kent Markley, of Bluffton, Ind., for $290,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2010.

Country Creek
Joe and Joyce Peden, of Monroe, Ind., sold their home at 127 Mill Run E. to Seth and Angela Marks, of Bradenton, for $272,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $267,000 in 2012.

Summerfield Village
Benjamin Johnson LLC sold the home at 11906 Summer Meadow Drive to THR Florida LP for $260,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2012.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Prafulbahai and Chandrikaben Patel, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9109 Winter Harbour Way to James and Jeannie Harvey, of Gaithersburg, Md., for $234,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2007.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
The Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 5697 Country Lakes Drive to THR Florida LP for $235,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,000 in 2002.

Coach Homes I at River Strand
Arthur and Juliana Child, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 7914 Grand Estuary Trail to Mark and Dianne Johns, of Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 2010.

Greenbrook Village
Matthew and Jacqueline Bennett sold their home at 13519 Glossy Ibis Place to Thomas and Maria Dusseau, of Bradenton, for $218,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,000 in 2009.

Woodbrook
Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4839 Woodbrook Drive to Ramkissoon and Veronica Mahdoo, of Sarasota, for $211,700. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,744 square feet of living area.

Nikhil and Chaula Patel, of Bradenton, sold their home at 242 River Enclave Court to James Bayne, of Bradenton, for $200,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2008.

Bank of America sold the home at 16604 Golf Course Road to John Hyde, of Parrish, for $298,300. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2006.

Oakley Place
Craig and Sheri Battles sold their home at 6203 34th Court E. to Don and Cathy Dekker, of Ellenton, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,800 in 2009.
