The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 7 and Jan. 11.
A condominium in The Palm Bay Club of Sarasota tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott Duff, trustee, of Manhattan, Ill., sold the Unit G-102 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Scousehouse LLC for $560,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, two baths and 720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $742,000 in 2004.
Sarasota Beach
Debby Dillon, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 306 Island Circle to Arbitrage LLC for $479,900. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,614 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1978.
Jamie Hagen, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5354 Calle Florida to Allison Jones, of Spring Lake, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2010.
Island House
Alice Young, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 14-N condominium at 6142 Midnight Pass Road to George and Wendy Babits, of Ontario, Canada, for $450,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,202 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 1998.
Ralph S. Twitchell
David and Mary Peirce, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4835 Ocean Blvd. to William McComb and Sloane Sapan, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,300 in 2010.
Peppertree Bay
Mary Follmer, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 106 condominium at 1125 Peppertree Drive to Michael and Reena Phillis, of Ontario, Canada, for $417,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 1994.
Navarra on the Key
Sandra DeFour, of St. Clair Shores, Mich., sold her Unit 5233 condominium at 5233 Avenida Navarra to Daniel Jones, of Spring Lake, N.J., for $326,600. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $384,900 in 2001.

William and Cynthia Heringer, of Castle Rock, Colo., sold their Unit 317 condominium at 5961 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Audrey Pezzuti, of Montville, N.J., for $320,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2003.
Midnight Cove II
Barbara Schwartz, of St. Louis, sold her Unit 614 condominium at 1400 Midnight Cove II Place to Charles and Lisa Brown, of Dayton, Ohio, for $315,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2004.
Midnight Sea
International Properties Inc. sold the Unit 6788 condominium at 6788 Sarasea Circle to The Jean Kydd Trust for $210,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 2000.
