The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 14 and Jan. 18.

A home in Sapphire Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Joanne Hofstetter, trustees, sold the home at 394 S. Shore Drive to Helma South Shore LLC for $900,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1992.

SARASOTA
Peter Hansen Estates
Janet Nemec, trustee, of Sarasota, and Nemec Enterprises LLC sold the home at 1734 Hansen St. to Randolph Walling, of Sioux Falls, S.D., for $845,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

Embassy House
Keith Stockwel, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 501 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Phillip Rubin, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 723 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Samuel and Eleanor Besen, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,000 in 2003.

Poinsettia Park
Oaktree Bougainvillea LLC sold the home at 1919 Bougainvillea St. to D.R. Horton Inc. for $490,000. Built in 1941, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,229 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2003.

Condominium on the Bay
Patricia Miller, trustee, of Hawthorn Woods, Ill., sold the Unit 1211 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Tracey Smith, of Boston, for $449,900. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 1990.

Villas at Eagles Point
Lisa Koslow, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1707 condominium at 1707 Starling Drive to Bobbie Fernander, of Sarasota, for $445,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,922 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2006.

Mandarin Park
William and Lisa Temple, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1209 Holly Fern Lane to Judith Cuppy, of Sarasota, for $438,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,743 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2003.

Bay Plaza
Barbara Striebel, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 307 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Evelyn Maurer, trustee, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,000 in 1999.

Alinari
M. Gerald and Marilyn Sellman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1203 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Duncan and Patricia Miller, of Key West, for $410,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 2007.

Willowbrook
John and Dagmar Gorman sold their home at 9088 Willowbrook Drive to Jack and Frances Godley, of Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2010.

St. Regis
John and Mary Gier, of Suffolk, Mass., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 301 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Coleman Lassen, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $211,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,109 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 2004.

Edward Kibbie, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8408 Woodbriar Drive to James Fellows, trustee, for $420,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 2001.

Country Club of Sarasota
Norbert and Louise Bick, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3803 Prairie Dunes Drive to Harry and Melinda Loefgren, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,957 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1996.

Robert and Ellen Burris, of Overland Park, Kan., sold their home at 3848 Prairie Dunes Drive to Gregory and Lori Childers, of Sarasota, for $271,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2001.

Saundra Curry and Karen Whitney sold their home at 8757 Merion Ave. to Gary and Susan Pugh, of Danville, Ind., for $409,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,391 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,200 in 1997.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 4915 Sabal Lake Circle to James and Robyn McBride, of Sarasota, for $406,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,641 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,500 in 2001.

Thomas and Elizabeth Noppenberger, of Fishers, Ind., sold their home at 5177 Far Oak Circle to Stephen and Carolyn Gossman, of Norwalk, Conn., for $400,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2009.

Isles of Sarasota
Thomas and Barbra Fulks, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 1544 Dorgali Drive to Judith Reeves, of Sarasota, for $297,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,700 in 2011.

Hamptons
Amelio and Lorraine Coletti sold their home at 5069 Flagstone Drive to Diane Stabile, trustee, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2009.

Fairway Woods
Linda Starr, of Tampa, sold her Unit 504 condominium at 7607 Fairway Woods Drive to Nigel Pilling and Mary Krall, of Summit, N.J., for $242,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,749 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.

Villagewalk
William and Tova Fisch, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7618 Pesaro Drive to Claudette Silva and Jacqueline Billing, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,200 in 2003.

Neil and Julie Attar, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8825 Etera Drive to Gary and Nellie Affolter, of Sarasota, for $208,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2002.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Ronald and Jean Cota, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3848 Mira Lago Drive to Edward Kibbie, trustee, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,900 in 1995.

NOKOMIS
Twin Laurel Estates
James and Sharon Hetman, of Osprey, sold their home at 1108 Twin Laurel Blvd. to James Warman, of Nokomis, for $308,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,801 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,500 in 2009.
