Home in Winding River sells for $649,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 17 and June 21.

A home in Winding River tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Indiana Real Properties LLC sold the home at 1110 143rd St. N.E. to Terrence and Charla Reedy, of Houston, for $649,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2011.

Greenbrook Village
Michael and Tamara Woolever, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6493 Indigo Bunting Place to Jennifer Kovatch, of Lakewood Ranch, for $641,800. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $591,800 in 2004.

Michael Johnson, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6609 Turnstone Lane to Michael Littlejohn and Marilyn Kiracofe, of Lakewood Ranch, for $589,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2010.

James and Kelley Sommer, of Sugar Land, Texas, sold their home at 6305 Tanager Cove to John and Jaime Barringer, of Bradenton, for $455,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2011.

Mark and Rita Becker, of Minneapolis, sold their home at 15017 Bowfin Terrace to IH2 Property Florida LP for $332,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,354 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Judith Daly and Sandra Nolan, trustees, of Lake Orion, Mich., sold their home at 13610 Montclair Place to William and Paula Hendrickson, of Western Springs, Ill., for $557,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,632 square feet of living area.

David and Carole Robinson, of Houston, sold their home at 7330 Edenmore St. to Ramon and Irene Jimenez, of Lakewood Ranch, for $390,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,119 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $346,200 in 2010.

Ruth Doutrich, of Lancaster, Pa., sold her home at 7266 Lismore Court to Joseph and Catherine Sampson, of Ontario, Canada, for $330,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,200 in 2009.

Riverdale
Daniel and Garland Lowe sold their home at 4203 Fifth Ave N.E. to Michael and Rebecca Tully, of Bradenton, for $512,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 1,747 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
John Neal Homes Inc. sold the home at 14706 Leopard Creek Place to Andre and Monique Cadieux, of Lakewood Ranch, for $449,900. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,250 square feet of living area.

Jerry and Sindy Reimer, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 15305 Helmsdale Place to Steven and Roberta Bordes, of Lakewood Ranch, for $425,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,318 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2009.

Pomello Park
James and Sheryl Evans, of Palmetto, sold their home at 25405 65th Ave. E. to John and Wynona Mansfield, of Delaware, Ohio, for $440,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,510 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Randall Peterson, of Bradenton, sold his home at 328 Blackbird Court to Eric and Earliss Elliott, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,167 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,500 in 2007.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Robert and Marciana Meyer, of Marco Island, sold their home at 9814 Portside Terrace to J. Michael Davidson, trustee, of Mount Vernon, Ill., for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,137 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $456,300 in 2005.

David and Shirley McNabb sold their home at 738 Foggy Morn Lane to David and Louis Auker, of Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $323,300 in 2001.

Carlton and Sandra Hudson and Fran Lowery, of Canton, Ga., sold their home at 12237 Clubhouse Drive to Sergio Rodriquez and Rosalba Romero, of Lakewood Ranch, for $330,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,465 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2006.

Richard and Karen Falstrom, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8032 Desoto Woods Drive to Darrell Friedmann and Panagiota Giroux, of Northville, Mich., for $320,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,321 square feet of living area.

William and Joyce Hunter, of Hanover, Md., sold their home at 6812 Coyote Ridge Court to IH2 Property Florida LP for $308,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,000 in 2002.

Roger and Janice Schauer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5774 Carriage Drive to Robert Hukezalie, of Sarasota, for $288,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,203 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2003.
