Washington Drive home sells for $1.65 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 17 and June 21.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Corinne Parsekian sold her home at 460 N. Washington Drive to Joern Sroka, of Sarasota, for $1.65 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1988.

Country Club Shores
Maryam Lowenbraun, of Fort Lee, N.J., sold her home at 513 Ketch Lane to Robert Sennott and Sue Sennott, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2011.

Castillian
Calvin Brown, trustee, of Indianola, Iowa, sold the Unit 506 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Tamara Harden, of Villa Hills, Ky., for $700,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1982.

The Players Club
Mark and Bridget Colman sold their Unit 310 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Miroslaw Kuchta and Elzbieta Tworzydlo, of Hewlett Harbour, N.Y., for $680,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2001.

Harbour Oaks II
Doris Hurwitz, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2373 Harbour Oaks Drive to Dennis McCloskey, trustee, of Chicago, for $530,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2011.

Islander Club of Longboat
James and Carol Ahearn, trustees, sold the Unit 43-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Bossung, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $495,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $49,800 in 1972.

Fairway Bay
Matthew Burkmier and Sae Tokushige-Burkmier, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 1906 Harbourside Drive to James and Lynn Brandolini, of Winsted, Conn., for $438,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1996.

Brigitte Sabar, of Skillman, N.J., sold her Unit 1603 condominium at 2002 Harbourside Drive to Stacey Murray, of Longboat Key, for $330,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2001.

Windward Bay
Edna Marran, of Highlands, N.J., sold her Unit PH-5 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph Fabrizio and Tracey Terry, of Hoboken, N.J., for $330,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2007.
Daniel Friedman, Judith Unice and Joan Bentsen sold their Unit PH-5 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janet Rush, trustee, of Grandville, Mich., for $230,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1982.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Mary McGee, of West Harwich, Mass., and Virginia O’Brien, of Yarmouth Port, Mass., sold their Unit 160 condominium at 694 Spanish Drive N. to Girdon Simmons and Ellen Reilly, of Campbell, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2005.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates
Ray of Sunshine Properties LLC sold the home at 139 McKinley Drive to 139 McKinley LLC for $460,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Harbour East
Frank Ripberger Jr. and Katherine Ripberger, trustees, sold the Unit 35 condominium at 775 John Ringling Blvd. to Fred Johnson and Roberta Johnson, trustees, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2002.
