Country Club Village home sells for $860,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 24 and June 28.
A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ronald and Patricia Zabel, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7010 Vilamoura Place to Robert and Molly Eliason, of Waukee, Iowa, for $860,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,117 square feet of living area.

John Thomas sold his home at 7222 Ashland Glen to Andrew and Lisa Mahler, of Oak Brook, Ill., for $750,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $970,000 in 2002.

Joseph and Janet Szima, of Louisville, Ky., sold their home at 13404 Kildare Place to Clark and Mary Searles, of Lakewood Ranch, for $715,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2008.

Danny and Brenda Wombold, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7117 Orchid Island Place to Jeffrey and Charleen Wagner, of Heber City, Utah, for $430,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area.

Magnus and Olof Kristjansdottir, of Gardabae, Iceland, sold their home at 7318 Wexford Court to Jonathan and Abigail Collins, of Lakewood Ranch, for $305,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2007.

Regents Park
Richard and Kathleen Hubbard, of University Park, sold their home at 8125 Regents Court to Germano and Lesley Rubino, of Wayne, N.J., for $640,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,614 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Casey and Cheryl McCormick, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4603 Barracuda Drive to Margaret Martin, of Bradenton, for $552,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,400 in 2010.

River Club South
Susan Snyder, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6923 Riversedge St. Circle to Bruce and Rebecca Toter, of Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,856 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Howard Rosenkrantz and Angela Penzo, of Springdale, Ark., sold their home at 6708 193rd St. E. to Karen Strickland and Mary Lou Adams, of Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2003.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 7103 Verna Bethany Road to Thomas and Susanna Condon, of Myakka City, for $213,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,696 square feet of living area.

Watercrest
Robert Connolly Jr., of Teaticket, Mass., sold his Unit 401 condominium at 6474 Watercrest Way to Paul Giroux, of Lakewood Ranch, for $419,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,800 in 2009.

James Toma, of Carmel, Ind., sold his Unit 303 condominium at 6482 Watercrest Way to John and Rachel Duell, of Cutchogue, N.Y., for $276,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2006.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Jane Arnoldi, of University Park, sold her home at 8008 Coates Row Place to Thomas Kearney and Anthony D’Amato, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,691 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Kamal and Manju Singh, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7706 Camden Harbour Drive to Steven and Candace Erdman, of Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $413,000 in 2004.

Walter and Margaret Kearns, of Goshen, Conn., sold their home at 8419 Summer Greens Terrace to Lance and Susan Winton, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,000 in 2010.
