The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 24 and June 28.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paradise Yacht Club Inc. sold the home at 3917 Casey Key Road to John Briggs III and Leslie Briggs, trustees, of Nokomis, for $2,275,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.85 million in 2005.

SARASOTA
Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1020 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Judith Sellinger, of Sarasota, for $885,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,849 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,400 in 2003.

Harbor View on Golden Gate Point
Marty and Nancy Kranz and Kevin and Mary Casey, of Hastings, Minn., sold their Unit 502 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Michael Post, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,949 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,213,200 in 2006.

Cameron and Marie Jones and Robert and Elaine Gaydosh, of Cranberry Township, Pa., sold their PH1608 condominium at 800 N. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2009.

Ted and Patricia Nickelson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2525 Colony Terrace to Robert Ouderkirk, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,137 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2011.
