The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 1 and July 5.
Homes on Bird Key and in Sleepy Lagoon on Longboat Key top all transactions in this week’s real estate.
Irma Morrison, of Sarasota, sold the home at 651 Mourning Dove Drive on Bird Key to V.U.E. LLC for $2.3 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 1997.
Nancy Kozak sold her home at 6405 Gulfside Road to Christopher Calkin, of Tampa, for $2.3 million. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 2011.
Beachplace
Daniel Miller, of Stearns, Minn., sold the Unit 601 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Konrad and Kay Marine, of Wayzata, Minn., for $810,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2003.
Arbomar Apartments
Robert and Darlene Aerts, trustees, of Mulberry, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 4485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Catherine Mikus, of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., for $485,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,022 square feet of living area.
Fairway Bay
Judith Sauer sold her Unit 121 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Nancy Mueller, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $430,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,000 in 2005.
Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Michael Kahn, trustee, of Evanston, Ill., sold the Unit A-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Christine Lynch, of Auburn, N.Y., for $425,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1989.

Agustin Dalmasso, of Edina, Minn., sold the Unit G5-105-G condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Russell Adams and Michele Mercer, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $425,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2000.
Windward Bay
C. James and Penny Burmeister, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit Ph-3 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roger Howard, of Severna Park, Md., for $337,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2005.
Robert and Suzanne Vanneman, trustees, of Bend, Ore., sold the Unit 306 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Guy and Deanna Skirpan, of Brownsville, Pa., for $289,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,000 in 2003.
Whitney Beach
Charles Weaver, of Dundee, N.Y., sold his Unit 153 condominium at 6750 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carolyn Glassman, of Longboat Key, for $330,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.
Sand Cay
Jerome Schoen and Jesse Soltis sold their Unit 301 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Diane Castrovinci, trustee, of New Canaan, Conn., for $319,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Harbour East
John and Theresa White, of Big Rapids, Mich., sold their Unit 32 condominium at 771 John Ringling Blvd. to Mary O’Connor, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,000 in 1986.
