Home in Harbour Walk sells for $1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 1 and July 5.

A home in Harbour Walk tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Kral and Katherine Peters, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold their home at 548 Fore Drive to Cynthia Murphy, of Bradenton, for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,539 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2009.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Bernard and Virginia Carrey, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1012 Rainbow Court to James and Karen Dodson, of Evergreen, Colo., for $690,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,600 in 2004.

St. Johns Wood
Jay and Eloise Chuck sold their home at 7112 St. Johns Way to Jacqueline Sinclair-Brown, of Surrey, England, for $530,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,772 square feet of living area.

Laurent Skrzypczak, of Bruay la Buissier, France, sold his home at 7202 St. Johns Way to Alain Memvielle-Arrebou and Sylviane Offroy, of Vielle-Toulouse, France, for $480,000.
