Home in The Concession sells for $1.9 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 8 and July 12.

A home in The Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Wall and Karol Kent, of Roswell, Ga., sold their home at 8307 Farington Court to Robert Buck and Jane Nagy, of Bradenton, for $1.9 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 5,491 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Catherine Day, of Bradenton, sold the home at 13610 Seventh Ave. Circle N.E. to Leroy and Cassandra Barnidge, of Bradenton, for $649,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,955 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Rafael and Jessica Romero, of Bradenton, sold their home at 820 Maritime Court to Richard and Diane Carroll, of Doylestown, Pa., for $580,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

David Griebl and Mary Parodo-Griebl, of Hartford, Wis., sold their home at 10611 Restoration Terrace to Charles Gregory III and Connie Starr-Gregory, of Pittsburgh, for $465,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2011.

Michael and Mary Altman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7117 River Club Blvd. to Fred Poses, of Bradenton, for $519,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,942 square feet of living area.

Regions Bank sold the home at 4744 Spinnaker Drive to Javier and Alyson Colosia, of Bradenton, for $451,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2000.

David Baker, of Kissimmee, sold his home at 4740 Spinnaker Drive to John and Jessica Hillman, of Elmira, N.Y., for $310,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2001.

Argyle and Kim Woods, of Lexington, Ky., sold their home at 14739 Seventh Ave. N.E. to Samuel and Cheryl Stoltz, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,700 in 2012.
