Regent Place condominium sells for $2.75 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 8 and July 12.

A condominium in Regent Place tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Hwei Sung sold their Unit 18A condominium at 655 Longboat Club Road to Paul and Patricia Purcell, of Hinsdale, Ill., for $2.75 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.29 million in 1995.

Grand Mariner on Longboat Key
Grand Mariner on Dream Island LLC sold the Unit 23B condominium at 595 Dream Island Road to J. Robert Lemon and Judith Lemon, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.19 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,928 square feet of living area.

Islands West
Hilda Forschheimer, of Rye, N.Y., sold her Unit 9-C condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ramona Hockema, of Union, Ky., for $725,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1979.

Lido Towers
Anthony Bottalla, of Chicago, sold his Unit 512 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Louisa Calka, of Darien, Conn., for $260,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2007.
