Four-bedroom Riverdale home sells for $1.4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 15 and July 19.

A home in Riverdale tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Daniel and Kathleen Bafia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4207 Hawk Island Drive to Edwin Solomon, trustee, of Bradenton, for $1.4 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,441 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
David and Robin Bowman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6803 Dominion Lane to Miguel Barrales Betanzos and Edith Salcedo de Barrales, of Sarasota, for $1.04 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,268 square feet of living area.

Vincent Menees, of Chicago, and Charles Deberry, of Green Oaks, Ill., sold their home at 7312 Riviera Cove to Patrick and Cheryl Dold, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $602,500 in 2005.

River Club South
Arne Arendts and Angelita Gomez-Arendts, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9979 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Brad and Sabina Shenefelt, of Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2012.

Eaton Place
Stanley Stephenson, of Tampa, sold his home at 6324 Thorndon Circle to Michael Moran, of Southport, Conn., for $590,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.

The Sound at Waterlefe
Lee and Maureen Arnold sold their Unit 8 condominium at 1045 Fish Hook Cove to Randy Greely, of Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two-and-three-half baths and 3,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2006.

Riverdale Revised
Gregory and Joan Beauchamp, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4624 Shark Drive to Ben Samari and Jennifer Vozne, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,127 square feet of living area.

David and Lisa Hayes, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3625 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Christopher and Deana Iacobelli, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,885 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,300 in 2001.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Donald Faust, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 202 condominium at 6503 Moorings Point Circle to James Soma and Jeanine Soma, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $462,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $584,900 in 2004.

Donald and Carol Burda, trustees, of New Berlin, Wis., sold the Unit 101 condominium at 6507 Moorings Point Circle to Herbert and Arlyne Hershenson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $379,900. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,300 in 2004.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 8209 Quail Greens Terrace to Alan and Jacqueline Burgess, of Bradenton, for $432,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,625 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $862,600 in 2006.

Watercrest
Richard and Kristi Zimmerman, of Madison, Wis., sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6474 Watercrest Way to Ronald and R. Linda Markovits, of Lakewood Ranch, for $400,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,200 in 2006.

The Links at Palm-Aire
Robert and Janet Webb sold their home at 7425 Links Court to Jon Goitz and Judy Swazey-Goitz, of Sarasota, for $397,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2003.

Edgewater Village
Mark and Jane Kinghorn, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6589 Waters Edge Way to Robert Connolly, of Lakewood Ranch, for $350,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $637,500 in 2005.

Greyhawk Landing
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 13116 Harriers Place to Garrett and Patricia Littlejohn, of Bradenton, for $348,600. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,514 square feet of living area.

Garrett and Patricia Littlejohn sold their home at 12211 Aster Ave. to Ira and Victoria Kasdan, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,383 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,000 in 2011.

Coach Homes I at River Strand
Tom and Lenka Smola, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 902 condominium at 8110 Grand Estuary Trail to James and Helen Petersen, of Indianapolis, for $331,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2008.

Heritage Harbour
Eddie Paramore and Adrienne Ward-Paramore, of Tallevast, sold their home at 419 Grand Preserve Cove to Ronald and Susan Brown, of Bradenton, for $317,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,227 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,500 in 2008.  

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 442 Grand Preserve Cove to Neil and Martina Kashdin, of Bradenton, for $298,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,497 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,200 in April.  

Central Park
Dale and Cindy Schaaf, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 11723 Cullen Park Terrace to Kenneth and Jane Landeau, of Lakewood Ranch, for $295,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,871 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,100 in 2011.

Summerfield Village
James and Tanja Malkovich, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12707 Rockrose Glen to Hunter Chrisman, of Sarasota, for $268,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,999 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $194,000 in 2009.

Evelio and Ana Betancourt and Vivian Betancourt, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12735 Nightshade Place to Dolores Cutrona, of Bradenton, for $245,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,771 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,000 in 2010. 

Mark Febel and Suzanne Butler sold their home at 6587 Meandering Way to Dominick and Diane Massaro, of Lakewood Ranch, for $230,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,700 in 1997.

Jonathan and Valerie Treadway, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6505 Meandering Way to Thomas Hingson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $217,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,422 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $128,000 in 2011.

Sabal Harbour
Petra Krotilova, of Liberec, Czech Republic, sold her home at 4508 Useppa Drive to Jimmy and Vickie Hardin, of Bradenton, for $265,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2008.  

Tara
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7011 Chickasaw Bayou Road to Michael Brouillette and Jon Macdonald II, of Merrimack, N.H., for $260,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2006.  

Riverwalk Village
William and Anita Voight, of Davidson, N.C., sold their home at 11102 Hyacinth Place to THR Florida LP for $255,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,531 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2005.

Carlyle at the Village of Palm Aire
Daniel Sawyer Jr., Deborah Holbrook, Mary Cogaswell and Leslie Mabel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5056 Creekside Trail to Alfred Nova II, of Sarasota, for $253,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,800 in 2002. 

Virginia Water
Weylu and Dionne Chang, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7103 Prestwick Court to Loch Ness Investment LLC for $253,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,500 in 2004. 

Silverlake
Sherry Martin, of Bradenton, sold her home at 5311 58th Terrace E. to Nationstar Mortgage LLC for $232,300. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.  

Creekwood
Frank and Irene Simmons, of Fairbanks, Ark., sold their home at 5312 72nd St. E. to William Crismon, of Bradenton, for $226,750. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,685 square feet of living area. 

Crossing Creek Village
Tracy Stewart, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6725 45th Terrace E. to Christopher and Dayna Grella, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2009.

Peter Warrick, of Atlanta, sold his home at 4305 17th St. E. to Claude and Judith Kincade, of Holmes Beach, for $642,500. Built in 2002, it has seven bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,214 square feet of living area.

Luis Martinez and Danielle Bortz, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3512 Twin Rivers Trail to Don and Debbie Madrid, of Parrish, for $395,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,269 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2011.

River Wilderness
Kevin and Kimberly McGlinn, of Draper, Utah, sold their home at 3709 Little Country Road to Dimiter and Dianna Zafirov, of Parrish, for $360,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,383 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $556,000 in 2004. 

Thomas Armstrong and L. Eileen Wilcox, of Parrish, sold their home at 3706 Little Country Road to Donald and Ellen Felley, of Parrish, for $345,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,432 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2011.

Forest Creek
Compass PH LLC sold the home at 4619 Forest Creek Trail to Daniel and Beverly Mattison, of Parrish, for $272,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,500 in 2008.

Steve and Stacey Schilling, of Ellenton, sold their home at 6223 Laurel Creek Trail to Barbara Smith and Gayle Smith, of Ellenton, for $270,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,568 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2008.

Harrison Ranch
Kaleel and Leah Coker, of Pompano Beach, sold their home at 5349 98th Ave. E. to Ryan and Jennifer Husmann and Stephen and Deborah Husmann, of Orange Beach, Ala., for $256,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,800 in 2010.

Gibraltar-Nottingham Heights LLC sold the home at 6111 25th St. E. to Jackie Dodge, of Ellenton, for $212,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,960 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 5610 31st Court E. to IH2 Property Illinois LP for $205,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area.
