St. Armands home sells for $1.5 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 15 and July 19.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Giuseppina Padgett, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their home at 701 Tyler Drive to Mark and Kara Glasgold, of Princeton, N.J., for $1.5 million. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,760 square feet of living area.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Andrew Sloman, of Orlando, sold his Unit 3501 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Bilut and Van Lam, of Wheaton, Ill., for $915,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2003.

The Pierre
Bruce and Anne Shackman, of Omaha, Neb., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Christopher and Barbara Doehring, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $840,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 1994.

Beachplace
William and Letitia West sold their Unit 104 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Glen and Janet Lynch, of Normal, Ill., for $770,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2004.

Country Club Shores
Billy and Ann Gray, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 542 Ranger Lane to Anne Fousse, of London, for $700,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,633 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1987.

The Promenade
Linda Luhtanen, of Northville, Mich., sold her Unit 804 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rahul Srivastava and Christine Rothstein, of Rockville, Md., for $680,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 2004.

The Beaches of Longboat Key
Kimberly Karnell, trustee, of Bridgewater, N.J., sold her Unit 701 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to William Zink Jr., trustee, of Fort Myers, for $590,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1986.

Seaplace
Julienne Haley sold her Unit G8-406 condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles Godfrey, of Longboat Key, for $390,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2002.

Fairway Bay
Anthony and Julia Graziano, of Southold, N.Y., sold their Unit 332 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Patrick and Judith Mellett, of Longboat Key, for $375,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2011.

Covert
Patrick and Lorna Dobbling and Thomas and Kimberly Lampe, of Fort Thomas, Ky., sold their Unit 208 condominium at 5231 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judith Burke, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $365,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2003.

Windward Bay
Michael and Jaleigh White, of Carmel, Ill., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Debra Dee, of Carmel, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,900 in 2008.

Pelican Harbour Beach Club
Norman and Leonie Goldfarb, of Sarasota, sold their Unit Y-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Art and Linda Hartmann, of Elburn, Ill., for $272,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,200 in 1982.

Casa del Mar
William and Regina Hall sold their Unit 912 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Smith and Melanie Macnab, of Ontario, Canada, for $260,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,000 in 2003.

Cedars East
Stocks Investment Property Ltd. sold its Unit 26 condominium at 530 Forest Way to Leonard Sedun, of Ontario, Canada, for $222,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2000.

Bird Key
Ross Keeler and Rex Keeler, trustees, of Park City, Utah, sold their home at 629 N. Owl Drive to Charles and Cindy Stelter, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,631 square feet of living area.

Lauren O’Neil sold her home at 533 Bird Key Drive to Elio Boccitto, of Sarasota, for $645,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,000 in 2011.
