Home in Country Club Village sells for $825,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 20 and May 24.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Patricia Spellman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7017 Brier Creek Court to Mark and Linda Conish, of Pineville, Pa., for $825,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,614 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2009.

Linda Spade, of Harrisburg, N.C., sold her home at 6903 Winners Circle to James and Brigitta Bryce, of Lakewood Ranch, for $810,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,711 square feet of living area.

SP1 Inc. sold the home at 7212 Presidio Glen to Sherlie Bente, of Lakewood Ranch, for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,901 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $608,700 in 2005.

Ann Leddy sold her home at 6623 Pebble Beach Way to Mark and Lynn Wolf, of Sicklerville, N.J., for $320,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,175 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $298,100 in 2001.

Marjorie Galvin, trustee, of Chanhassen, Minn., sold the home at 6539 Oakland Hills Drive to Kjims Realty LLC for $307,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,068 square feet of living area.

Frances Leombruno, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 6902 Woodmore Terrace to Patricia Wilson, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,871 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,100 in 2000.

Ronald and Kay Houston, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7824 Heritage Classic Court to Jane Pickett, of Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area.

Robert and Vickie Williams, of Clearwater, sold their home at 22519 Night Heron Way to Chad Baker and Laurie Shaw, of Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,796 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2011.

Theodore and Jean Smith, trustees, of Westlake, Ohio, sold the home at 7057 Treymore Court to Lawrence and Dorothy Boulia, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,438 square feet of living area.

Kenneth and Jamie Thomas, of Ellenton, sold their home at 7722 Camden Harbour Drive to Bryan Bulaga, of Green Bay Wis., for $450,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $386,300 in 2004.

Stuart and Marcella Auerbach and Gregory Auerbach, of Pembroke Pines, sold their home at 8315 Haven Harbour Way to Beazer Pre-Owned Homes LLC for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,700 in 2004.

Joseph and Darlyne Adamchak, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7909 Drayton Circle to Darlene Lawrence, of University Park, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area.
