+ i9 Sports to offer flag football clinic for children
i9 Sports will offer a flag football clinic from 9 to 11 a.m. every Saturday from June 29 through July 20, at Tom Bennett Park.
Tim Frost, i9 Sports coach and founder of The Change Factor, will host the clinic, which is open to children ages 6 to 14.
Participants will work on positioning, ball-handling, passing, receiving, running and more through drills and scrimmages. All players will receive a T-shirt and mouth guard.

+ Manatee County adult basketball league returns
The Manatee County Parks and Recreation Department will open its Adult Summer Basketball League June 17.
Games will be played through late August, at G.T. Bray’s gymnasium. Teams will play eight regular-season games before participating in a single-elimination tournament at the end of the season.
Cost is $465 per team, and official team rosters, which can include up to 12 players, are due upon registration. Teams must provide their own jerseys. Registration will be held from May 28 through June 7, at the G.T. Bray Park Recreation Center, 5502 33rd Ave. Drive W., Bradenton.

+ Coastline Volleyball summer camps upcoming
Coastline Volleyball will hold several summer camps for children in fourth through 12th grades.
Camps will be open to players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and will differentiate the instruction accordingly. Players will focus on basic skills, high-level training, movements and strategy.
