A home in Poinsettia Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Douglas Barker and Linda Desmarais sold their home at 1829 Bougainvillea St. to John and Kelly Orr, of Sarasota, for $1,007,000. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $679,000 in 2000.

SARASOTA
Hartsdale
Roy and Jamia Taylor, of Goshen, Ky., sold their home at 1850 Boyce St. to Gavin Meshad and Jennifer Single, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2003.

The Landings
Steven Cameron, trustee, of Osprey, sold the home at 5115 Flicker Field Circle to Antoine and Ingrid Naaman, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $620,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,504 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 107 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Richard and Dolores Pelton, of Sarasota, for $595,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $398,000 in 2000.

Kentwood Estates
Nancy Hoigne, trustee, sold the home at 1515 Eastbrook Drive to Robert and Sandra Whyte, of Asheville, N.C., for $570,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,362 square feet of living area.

James Arvin, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1772 North Drive to Patricia Plass, trustee, of Elmhurst, Ill., for $560,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 3,912 square feet of living area.

John and Ann Grogan sold their Unit 10 condominium at 1710 Assisi Drive to Eric Marquart, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $474,500 in 2008.

Karole Butler, of Malaga, Spain, sold her Unit 14-E condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Stephen and Amy Hoffman, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, for $435,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2008.

Bruce and Cathy Loeppke, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6583 Waterford Circle to Michel and Jeannette Etcheverry, of Anglet, France, for $290,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $161,000 in 1997.

Richard Lopez, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Diana Guerrero-Cohen, of Rosedale, N.Y., trustees, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to George Zielinski, of Ontario, Canada, for $375,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1996.

Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 5147 Siesta Woods Drive to Steven and Clarke Dvoskin, of Dallas, for $488,400. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,715 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2005.

PEKS LLC sold the Unit 405 condominium at 8630 Midnight Pass Road to Anthony and Christine Vross, of Canfield, Ohio, for $485,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2012.
