Team Khaos wins baseball showcase

Team Khaos of Lakewood Ranch recently won the Nations Baseball Select State Tournament, at Braden River Little League Park.

The team outscored its opponents 31-4 in bracket play. Billy Wilds and Brady Jernigan combined for three hits, two runs and two errors to lead Team Khaos past the West Coast Warriors 4-2 in the championship game. Danny Torrealba hit a home run, the first in the team’s short history, to lead the way for Team Khaos at the plate.

Championship players include: Billy Wilds, Zach Fefimore, Alex Eastmond, Sam Phillips, Brady Jernigan, Hunter Bell, Jacob Danowski, Nick Romagnola, Danny Torrealba and Dalton Roby.
