Country Club home sells for $870,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 27 and May 31.

A home in County Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Denise Sousa, of Orange, Conn., sold their home at 13211 Lost Key Place to George Ristow, of Bradenton, for $870,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2010.

Michael and Cynthia Pietsch, of Fontana, Wis., sold their home at 13828 Siena Loop to Antonio Tavares and Danica Tavares, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $499,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,311 square feet of living area. It sold for $365,000 in 2012.

Tayemm LLC sold the home at 7470 Edenmore St. to Daniel and Fondren Watts, of Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,883 square feet of living area. It sold for $290,000 in January.

River Club South
Stephen and Nancy Apatow, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9907 Old Hyde Park Place to Robert and Angela McHugh, of Bradenton, for $635,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,630 square feet of living area.

Billy Heller Jr. and Donna Heller, of Palmetto, sold their home at 7621 Tralee Way to Julie Anderson, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., for $555,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,924 square feet of living area. It sold for $700,000 in 2004.

Robert and Brenda Haskins, of Hilton Head, S.C., sold their home at 9991 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Robert and Heather Terwilliger, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,394 square feet of living area.

Donald Moll Jr. sold his home at 9412 Royal Calcutta Place to Michael Mullins, of Lakewood Ranch, for $475,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,006 square feet of living area. It sold for $474,000 in 2010.

Terry and Margaret Danahy sold their home at 6714 Oakmont Way to Daniel and Beth Talucci, of Bradenton, for $580,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,559 square feet of living area. It sold for $377,500 in 1995.

Watercrest
Deanna Magdich and Phillip Magdich, trustees, sold the Unit 401 condominium at 6370 Watercrest Way to Ruth Cummins, of Lakewood Ranch, for $485,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It sold for $549,400 in 2005.

Richard and Victoria Morin and Stephanie Ottmann, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 6438 Watercrest Way to A. John and Judith Elliot, of Westerly, R.I., for $359,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It sold for $310,000 in 2008.

John and Rosemary Cannon, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 6450 Watercrest Way to Mark Clark, of Canton, Ohio, for $305,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It sold for $462,900 in 2006.

Timothy and Kimberly Bazell, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8310 Curlew Court to William and Teresa Sablan, of Bradenton, for $478,700. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,612 square feet of living area. It sold for $710,000 in 2005.

Edgewater Village
Jeffrey and Linda Deal, of Beavercreek, Ohio, sold their home at 8219 Waterview Blvd. to David Burke, of New York, for $439,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,672 square feet of living area. It sold for $480,000 in 2004.

Frank and Eva Keen, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14508 Stirling Drive to Kathryn Mazzanti, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $427,500. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,419 square feet of living area. It sold for $366,500 in 2011.

Durwood and Jacqueline Airhart, of Walker, Minn., sold their home at 4825 88th St. E. to Robert Del Giudice and Mary Warwick, of Lake in the Hill, Ill., for $420,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,806 square feet of living area. It sold for $449,800 in 1998.

Allen Marszalek, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5755 Timber Lake Drive to Richard Russ and Valarie Furlow-Russ, of Sarasota, for $241,300. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,414 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1998.

Douglas and Juliet Shepard sold their home at 5504 83rd Terrace E. to Ursula Olson, of Sarasota, for $217,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,683 square feet of living area. It sold for $215,000 in 2004.

Deborah Macaddino, of Stanwood, Mich., sold her home at 6634 Oakbrooke Circle to Douglas and Sue Musacchio, of Powell, Ohio, for $235,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area.
