In this episode of Sarasota Farmers Market field trips, Operations Manager Phil Pagano visits Chef Doug Vogel at Maggie's Seafood, where the emporium of fresh fish and shellfish is busy preparing for the Sarasota Shrimp and Lobster Festival on Saturday, June 29. Maggie's team will join more than 80 other vendors to celebrate the bounty of our local waters.
