The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 3 and June 7.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Walter and Sharon Davisson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Morton and Doris Botshon, of Skytop, Pa., for $1,185,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2004.

SARASOTA
Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1113 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Virginia Dreher, of Sarasota, for $1,025,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $877,700 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1103 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Sara Anapol, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,000 in 2001.

1350 Main Residential
Gordon Kirke, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 1202 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Gale Landers and Anne Tiesenga, of Chicago, for $657,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2009.

Gary Smith, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1503 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Stephen Kingshott, trustee, of London, United Kingdom, for $495,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $438,500 in 2010.

Maurice Clifford III, of Annapolis, Md., sold the Unit 909 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Shahid and Jean Nawaz, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,500 in 2008.

Aqualane Estates
Robert Kohnen and Sheri Weinstein, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1609 Ridgewood Lane to Ivan Gould, of Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, for $580,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $497,500 in 2003.

Harbor Acres
Susanna Mitchell-Bazinet, of Waynesville, N.C., sold her home at 1809 Flower Drive to Larry Steinhart and Joyce Cloutier, of Latham, N.Y., for $550,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $40,000 in 1972.

Indian Beach Court
Emmons Development of SRQ LLC sold the home at 650 Indian Beach Lane to Charles Rissel and Cynthia Branigan, of New Hope, Pa., for $505,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Condominium on the Bay
Randall Trudelle, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1110 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to John Giusto and Carol Madore, of Branford, Conn., for $482,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2008.

Prime
Suzanne Jones, of Sarasota, sold her home at 929 Pomelo Place to Allen and Christine Ottoson, of Sarasota, for $440,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet of living area.

Marblehead
SunTrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 2534 Marblehead Drive to Kelly and Marsha Thompson, of Olathe, Kansas, for $435,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,307 square feet of living area.

Gary and Jeannie McDermott, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6957 Belgrave Drive to Matthew and Jody Martin, of Princeton, N.J., for $1.05 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

Village Sands
L-5 Investments II LLC sold the Unit C-2 condominium at 100 Columbus Blvd. to Per-Anders Wendin, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2011.

Mira Mar Beach
Raymond and Jacquelyn Byrne, trustees, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 135 Avenida Veneccia to Susan and David Fisher, of Sterling, Mass., for $750,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,668 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2009.

Point O’Rocks Terrace
Mark Donaldson, of Lock Haven, Pa., sold his home at 1104 Crescent St. to Edward Francis, of Long Lake, Minn., for $615,000. Built in 1970, it has six bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 2,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2012.

David and Cathy Simmons, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5145 Sandy Beach Ave. to Leah Malof, of Cincinnati, for $412,500. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $194,000 in 1996.

Fisherman’s Haven
Jerry and Nancy Trowbridge, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 405 condominium at 9150 Blind Pass Road to James and Susan Hanna, of Ontario, Canada, for $350,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,500 in 1998.

Janet Booth, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, sold her Unit 605 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph Winters, of Chicago, for $349,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.

Peter and Ruth Babiy, of Glen Mills, Pa., sold their home at 5742 Benevento Drive to Mark and Joanne Lawrie, of Mechanicville, N.Y., for $377,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $401,600 in 2007.
Jeffrey and Renee Spiegel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5693 Cabrera Court to Charles Berger and Cheryl Berger, trustees, of Laytonsville, Md., for $265,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,844 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $353,700 in 2006.
