Country Club Village home sells for $1.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 10 and June 14.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Larry and Peggy Mulkey, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13215 Palmers Creek Terrace to Michael and Kimberly Milazzo, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.2 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.

In other neighborhood transactions, Gary and Vicki Merriman, of Longmont, Colo., sold their home at 7225 Greystone St. to Diarmuld McSweeney and Sydney McSweeney, trustees, of Lakewood, for $825,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $669,000 in 2010.

Deidre Herman sold her home at 8009 Royal Birkdale Circle to David and Carolyn Montague, of Bradenton, for $649,000. Built in 2000, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,367 square feet of living area.

Robert and Charlene McDaniel sold their home at 7111 Orchid Island Place to Douglas Behler and Davene Heckman, of Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2012.

Kenwood Park
Nicholas Dendy and Joyce Hopkins, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 8335 Abingdon Court to Peter and Danielle McCann, of University Park, for $525,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Truliving LLC sold the home at 7829 Valderrama Way to John and Donna Wrobel, of Bedford, N.H., for $440,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,913 square feet of living area.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Brock and Michele Whetstone, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 203 166th St. N.E. to Harold and Machelle Shipp, of Bradenton, for $426,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2008.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Elaine O’Byrne, of Staffordshire, United Kingdom, sold her home at 6112 Palomino Circle to Richard and A. Jean Desrosiers, of Griffin, Ga., for $415,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,200 in 2004.

GreyHawk Landing
Delwyn and Elizabeth DiFabio, of Sarasota, sold their home at 357 Blackbird Court to Thaddeus Wright, of Belleair Beach, for $407,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,800 in 2006.

Guillermo and Joann Novoa, of Mendham, N.J., sold their home at 12411 Aster Ave. to Kathleen Carroll, of Orland Park, Ill., for $329,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,700 in 2005.

Lennox Gardens
Birdie S.A. Inc. sold the home at 6924 Lennox Place to Schildt Family Holdings LLC for $405,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,053 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Michael and Deborah Cravens sold their home at 1339 Purple Finch Circle to Bret Duval and Carol Urofsky, of Lakewood Ranch, for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,571 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2012.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 13216 Swallowtail Drive to Mission Property Partners LLC for $336,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,000 in 2004.

Sterling Financial Group LLC sold the home at 6345 Royal Tern Circle to John and Lori Terhaar, of Lakewood Ranch, for $335,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,000 in 2013.

David and Lisa Teeter, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14117 Nighthawk Terrace to Keith and Anne Hall, of Lakewood Ranch, for $335,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2012.
Aaron and Karen Strand, of Sarasota, sold their home at 14129 Nighthawk Terrace to Kenneth and Pamela Smith, of Lakewood Ranch, for $325,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,900 in 2004.

David Becher and Janet Becher, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 14137 Nighthawk Terrace to Bruce and Teresa Thomas, of Dewitt, Mich., for $305,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms,
three baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It
previously sold for $337,300 in 2003.

Harold and Sherri Smith, of Longbeach, Miss., sold their home at 13919 Nighthawk Terrace to IH2 Property Florida LP for $263,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2011.

Jay and Jamie Grollman, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold their home at 7206 Switchgrass Trail to Andrew and Dorothy Sorensen, of Lakewood Ranch, for $340,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,531 square feet of living area.
