A condominium in Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Takako Richards, of New York, sold her Unit 307 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Pamela Gurrentz, of Orlando, for $1.55 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2012.
Country Club Shores
Marinell Baker, trustee, of Jefferson, Ky., sold the home at 581 Chipping Lane to Abbott Chipping LLC for $960,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 1997.
Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Linda Greenberg, personal representative, of Manasquan, N.J., sold the Unit 3101 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lesley Huber, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $860,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,234 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 1985.

Nancy Mueller, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Urs Zuppiger, of Zurich, for $800,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2001.
Laura Lowell, trustee, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charlevoix Condominium LLC for $610,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $341,000 in 1993.

Christine Drone, trustee, of Dane, Wis., sold the Unit 15 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to KSP 44 LLC for $457,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,500 in 1982.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 6560 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Craig Huss, of Longboat Key, for $425,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $712,000 in 2006.

Charles and Susan Dinatale, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 113 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jill Leka, of Springfield, Ill., for $378,300. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $502,000 in 2009.

Thomas and Barbara Malbouef, of Wayne, Mich., sold their Unit G6-203-A condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jay and Jacklyn Dedrick, of Wassaic, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1998.
Jack Sullivan, of Chicago, sold his Unit M1-606F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frederick Maibach Jr., trustee, of Lake Placid, for $330,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,500 in 1984.

Palm Bay Club 306 LLC sold the Unit 403 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Etta Closser, of Bradenton, for $303,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2009.

Ann Hopwood, trustee, of Lansdale, Pa., sold the home at 226 N. Blvd. of the Presidents to Sharon Strassfeld, of Barrington, Mass., for $550,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,600 in 1989.

The Stern First Family Ltd. Partnership sold the Unit 10-A condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert Henry, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $46,400 in 1972.
Lido Harbour Towers
Karen Bush, of Pittsburgh, sold her Unit 304 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Russel Littke and Judith Littke, trustees, of Ankeny, Iowa, for $410,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2008.

Mark Durland, of Chicago, sold his Unit 605 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Bernabe Somoza, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2002.
