The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 18 and Feb. 22.

A condominium in Kanaya tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Samuel Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., sold his Unit 1003 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to David Welle, trustee, of Osprey, for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2011.

SARASOTA
Kanaya
James Delellis and Ruth Delellis, trustees, of Hiawassee, Ga., sold the Unit 503 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Barbara Jacob, trustee, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2007.

The Landings
Susan Dunn, trustee, sold her home at 4852 N. Peregrine Point Circle to Harvey and Jean Greller, of Sarasota, for $439,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,250 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $363,000 in 2002.

McClellan Park
Arrow Holdings sold the home at 2250 Okobee Drive to Wendell and Kellie Menke, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,664 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $321,000 in 2011.

The Landings Treehouse
Teresa Jones, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 20 condominium at 1352 Landings Drive to Christopher Mooney, of Claryville, N.Y., for $381,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2009.

Embassy House
Mark Head, Anthony Head, Christian Head, Stephany Head and David Head, of Reston, Va., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Tammy Garner, of Sarasota, for $352,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1993.

Sapphire Shores
Robert and Dorothy Barth sold their home at 470 Acacia Drive to Emmons Development, of SRQ LLC, for $340,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1989.

South Gate
Gary and Carolyn Collins sold their home at 3020 Satsuma Drive to Adam and Katherine Hughes, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2004.

Regency House
Joan Brown and Carol Galvin, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 907 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Elizabeth Schmitt, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2006.

Homecroft
Eli Troyer, of Waynesville, N.C., sold his home at 3460 Estrada St. to Dannie and Katie Kuhns, of Arthur, Ill., for $275,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2011.

Bay’s Bluff
John Freie and Susan Behuniak, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 506 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Sherril Morse, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Heights
Nancy Waldron, personal representative, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1727 Arlington St. to Detlef and Katherine Zimmerman, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area.

The Uplands
Mark Linsenmeir and Maureen Linsenmeir, of St. Albans, Vt., sold their home at 484 Parkview Drive to 484 Parkview LLC for $235,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 2003.

Emerald Harbor
Richard Earl, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6335 Hollywood Blvd. to Edward and Molly Miersch, of Malvern, Pa., for $225,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,733 square feet of living area.

Ashley Oaks
John Papanti and Nancy Giordano, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3200 Woodberry Lane to Douglas and Carol Ritter, of Lancaster, Pa., for $215,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 2001.

Gulf Gate
Martin Ruane and Donna Clay-Ruane sold their home at 3018 Post Road to Donna Golliher, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,444 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1991.

Gregory Green and Gregory Mannia, of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold their Unit 502C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to The Imagolit Partnership LLP for $975,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,295,300 in 2007.

Beachaven
Robert Detweiler, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 60 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Jeffrey and Annette Rowe, of Flushing, Mich., for $925,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,568 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2000.

Sarasota Beach
Doug Carmack and Terry Perkins, of Milford, Ohio, sold their home at 321 Canal Road to Charles Smith, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2006.

Turtle Bay
Jeffrey Hurwitz, trustee, sold the Unit 605-B condominium at 8735 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Shelby III and Lisa Shelby, trustees, of Paducah, Ky., for $399,900. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2001.

Cozy Cove
Fabrice Denizet, of Toulon, France, sold his Unit 1 condominium at 9024 Midnight Pass Road to JJC of Eau Claire LLC for $365,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2011.

Midnight Cove II
Robert Fleischer sold his Unit 932 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to Thomas Lewandowski, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1991.

Our House at the Beach
Ben Picauly and Elsa Kemna, of Boxtel, Netherlands, sold their Unit C105 condominium at 1091 Lake House Circle to Richard and Sylvia Edge, of Wrentham, Mass., for $335,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1991.

Peppertree Bay
Sue Ross, Catherine Downs and Patricia Colligan sold their Unit 122B condominium at 1030 Peppertree Lane to Gemma Johnson, trustee, of Downers Grove, Ill., for $295,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1983.

Casa Blanca
Ann Davis, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road Villa to Frederick and Meredith Teska, of Trenton, Mich., for $240,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2009.

Siesta Towers
Rosario and Josephine Abene, of Itasca, Ill., sold their Unit 4E condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Sherman Guth and Ling Zhao, of Bloomington, Ind., for $215,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 820 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2008.

Bay Oaks
Penelope Brandon, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 65 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Morris Hursh, of Brownstown, Pa., for $238,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,500 in 1992.

PALMER RANCH

Ernest Grove Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 4267 Escondito Circle to Robert and June Genua, of Fort Myers, for $638,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,671 square feet of living area.

Robert and Margaret Deslongchamps, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5106 Far Oak Circle to John and Cathy Robustelli, of Stamford, Conn., for $320,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,346 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Palmer Ranch
Aram Papazian, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4130 Westbourne Circle to Timothy and Janet Pogioli, of Peoria, Ill., for $235,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,600 in 1995.

Lakeside at the Isles of Palmer Ranch
Francis and Catherine Cappello, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 905 condominium at 5769 Fossano Drive to Carol Kreit, trustee, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2011.

OSPREY
Park Trace Estates
Marilyn Ludemann, of Nokomis, sold her home at 136 Park Trace Blvd. to David and Susan Dinger, of W. Salem, Wis., for $417,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,444 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $311,900 in 2002.

NOKOMIS
Calusa Lakes
Peder and Ellenor Jansson, of Nokomis, sold their home at 2164 Muskogee Trail to Martin Berson and Linda Catrambone, of Avon, Conn., for $445,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,491 square feet of living area.
