When does a yard of anything sound mouthwatering, overwhelmingly sensational, loaded with fresh ingredients and piping hot out of the oven? Well, if you have been to Made in Italy in Venice, then you know this yard I speak of is not some fabric we are talking about here, but a yard of homemade, wood-burning oven pizza.

That’s right: a family meal just got elevated to a yard of creativity.

The pie comes with a choice of three or four types of pizza toppings, so everyone in the family gets their favorite. We tried the yard divided up into sections: sausage, arugula and truffle oil; mozzarella and fresh basil; and prosciutto, arugula and garlic. Oh my, it was a sinful indulgence of fantastic authentic pizza with every topping I could dream of by having three pizzas in one.

Here’s the scoop: No pizza between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. so they can make more dough.
