Four-bedroom Bay Isles home sells for $1.11 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 4 and March 8.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transaction in this week’s real estate. Insignia Bank sold the home at 3501 Bayou Sound to Mark Montanari, of Longboat Key, for $1.11 million. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,134,100 in 2012.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
John Kidd, trustee, and Jane Kidd, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit A-403 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Toni Meltzer, of Manlius, N.Y., for $1.07 million. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 1997.

Country Club Shores
KGA Property Management LLC sold the home at 561 Cutter Lane to Franklin and Linde Ward, of Falls Church, Va., for $895,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,422 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,625,000 in 2005.

Corey’s Landing
Betty Webb, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3575 Mistletoe Lane to Gage McNally LLC for $775,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 1996.

Seaplace
Kenneth and Susan Newmark sold their Unit G7-411-B condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Eileen Ernst, of Ormond Beach, for $607,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $448,000 in 2000.

Harbour Oaks II
Daniel Kaplan, of Livingston, N.J., sold the home at 2385 Harbour Oaks Drive to Thomas and Karen Fitzgibbons, of Lake Barrington, Ill., for $545,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1991.

Beachplace
Richard and Margaret Hanke sold their Unit 103 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carole Feiger, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $475,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,000 in 2001.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Muriel Schwarzman, of Voorhees, N.J., sold her Unit 701 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marie-Luise Marx, trustee, of New Albany, Ohio, for $460,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2004.

Fairway Bay
Joan Ross, trustee, sold the Unit 247 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Daniel and Christie Sherwood, of Hudson, Ohio, for $437,400. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2007.

Andrew and Kathleen Ferraro, of Brielle, N.J., sold their Unit 224 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to John and Susan Pensabene, of Old Tappan, N.J., for $330,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,500 in 2010.

Sea Pines
Patricia Henry, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 13 condominium at 6925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Hotchkiss, Matthew Hotchkiss and L. Forbes Hotchkiss, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $420,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1999.

Longboat Harbour
Michael McNeil and Nancy McNeil, trustees, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to Patrick Kroger, trustee, of Versailles, Ky., for $290,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,000 in 1998.

St. Judes
John and Lauren Gubernat, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 25 condominium at 747 S. St. Judes Drive to Christian Martineau and Dominique Hurteau, of Quebec, Canada, for $255,000. Built in 1967, it has one bedroom, one bath and 667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2006.

Longbeach Village
William Benson, trustee, and Kathleen Benson, of Hanover, N.H., sold the Unit 12 condominium at 7145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Mary Benson, of Stratford, Conn., for $300,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,500 in 1997.

BIRD KEY
Alaa and Christine Mira, of Northville, Mich., sold their home at 408 Partridge Circle to Robert Davis Jr., trustee, of Chicago, for $800,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,614 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,000 in 2005.

Anthony McCormack, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 245 Bird Key Drive to Sandra Chororos, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,515 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1996.
