The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 4 and March 8.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transaction in this week’s real estate. Norman Malcolm, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8119 Lone Tree Glen to George Dahlbeck and Diane Briganti, of Lakewood Ranch, for $640,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,800 in 2005.

Brian and Julie Lawson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7661 Portstewart Drive to Lloyd Downard, of Jefferson City, Mo., for $580,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $664,000 in 2007.

Richard and Mary Careaga sold their home at 7613 Portstewart Drive to Frederick Angst, of Lakewood Ranch, for $512,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,673 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2009.

Jerry and Marjorie Long, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7254 Lake Forest Glen to Stephen and Carol Lewis, of Lakewood Ranch, for $450,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2010.
