The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 4 and March 8.

A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mollie Nelson, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1452 Hillview Drive to Mark Standish, of Sarasota, for $7 million. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,728 square feet of living area.

Poinsettia Park
MFC Co. Inc. sold the home at 1807 Oleander St. to Richard Peake, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,991,300. Built in 2006, it has seven bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths, and 9,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2012.

Kanaya
Property Healers Inc. sold the Unit 1202 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Sami and Salam Muhtadie, of Sarasota, for $888,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2011.

One Hundred Central
Moises Grayson, trustee, sold the Unit K-818 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to McGurl Properties LLC for $640,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2012.

Condominium on the Bay
James Kennedy, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 1608 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Lorna Maclaren, of Ontario, Canada, for $615,000.

Louis and Charmagne Bossola, of Allison Park, Pa., sold their Unit 1205 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Peter Melillo and Peter Melillo Jr., of Palmetto, for $575,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,000 in 1985.

McClellan Park
J&A Contractors Inc. sold the home at 2332 McClellan Parkway to Marvin Gross, of Sarasota, for $508,000. Built in 1940, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2012.

Graham Heights
Barbara Augusta, of Charlestown, Mass., sold her home at 1736 Irving St. to Michael and Barbara Pollack, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., for $435,000. Built in 1941, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2007.

205 Golden Gate Point LLC sold the Unit 301 condominium at 205 Golden Gate Point to Candria Crisp, of Sarasota, for $399,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area.

Nancy Signorino sold her home at 3418 Bay Shore Road to Susan and Dawn Szylwin, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,018 square feet of living area.

David Patrick and Thomas Tryon, of Orlando, sold their Unit 1213 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Ruel Wright, trustee, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,000 in 2009.

John Huenke, of Baltimore, sold his Unit 1535 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to David Stephenson, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $288,700 in 2007.

Gulf Gate Woods
Private Equity Capital LLC, trustee, sold the home at 7553 Biltmore Drive to Paul and Kama Kett, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,500 in 1997.

Landings South
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the Unit 103 condominium at 1644 Starling Drive to Harold and Martha Gutman, of Plainview, N.Y., for $217,500. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2004.

Palmer Square West
Aric and Denise Forsythe, of Chicago, sold their Unit 12 condominium at 3663 Square West Lane to Dudley and Jane Cabildo, of New Providence, N.J., for $215,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $424,900 in 2006.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 6758 Bowline Drive to Ricky and Sandra Elliott, of Warrensville, N.C., for $201,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,000 in 1996.

Ashton Lakes
Thomas Demith sold his Unit 5487 condominium at 5487 Ashton Lake Drive to Joseph Larkin, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,500 in 2004.

Simon and Susan Oliver sold their home at 920 Siesta Key Place to Alfred and Judith Luberski, of Houston, for $1.65 million. Built in 1973, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 1995.

Charles and Ann Leonard sold their home at 759 Siesta Key Circle to Mirco Schultis, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 1995.

George and Tracey Allen, trustees, sold the home at 702 Treasure Boat Way to Lee Falkenstrom and Susan Falkenstrom, trustees, of Sarasota, for $692,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,299 square feet of living area.

Darryn and Dana Fossand, of Chanhassen, Minn., sold their home at 613 Treasure Boat Way to Badie Farag, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2005.

Casarina
Wilbur and Sarah Bontrager, of Middlebury, Ind., sold their Unit 403 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Shuelen Hsu, of Oak Brook, Ill., for $535,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2002.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
4L Holdings LLC sold the Unit 403 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Steven Ebbing and Linda Ebbing, trustees, of Ramona, Calif., for $510,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,302 square feet of living area.

Bay Island Park
Robert and Mary Piereth, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3450 Hamilton Ave. to Lori Presti, of McKinney, Texas, for $475,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,735 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $398,000 in 2002.

Seashell
Paul Debbane and Estelle Debbane, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 310 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Kenneth and Anne Culotta, of Houston, for $475,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $54,000 in 1977.

Siesta Cove
Equity Trust Co. and Angelo Ingorvaia, of Elyria, Ohio, sold the home at 1240 S. View Drive to Aaron and Leslie Ruben, of Sarasota, for $458,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $739,000 in 2006.

Island Reef
Robert Readler, trustee, and Mary Readler, of Sarasota, sold the Unit C-204 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to L. Nelson and Margaret Taul, of Fort Thomas, Ky., for $450,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,500 in 1998.

Sandy Cove
Patrick and Nanette Falcone, of St. Charles, Ill., sold their Unit 8-A condominium at 9 Sandy Cove Road to Sherwin Jacobson and Stephanie Jacobson, trustees, of Roanoke, Va., for $435,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

Joan Meek, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 932 condominium at 6396 Midnight Cove Road to Zeeva Millman, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $420,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,472 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1988.

J. William and Amy Goodwine, of Granger, Ind., sold their Unit 18-S condominium at 6146 Midnight Pass Road to YYZ Holdings LLC for $400,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $548,700 in February.

Deirdre Ferguson, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 4532 Ocean Blvd. to Catherine Fedako, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area.

David and Julie Murray, of Tampa, sold their Unit 104 condominium at 6267 Midnight Pass Road to Antonio Falbo and Susan Brosseau, of Quebec, Canada, for $365,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004.

Gaeton Penna and Sharon Nizolek, of Sarasota, sold their home at 141 Ogden St. to Suncastle Properties LLC for $350,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 2002.

Gulf and Bay Club Bayside
Kurt and Gail Meyer, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold their Unit 1226-C condominium at 1226 Siesta Bayside Drive to Brian Deegan, of Ontario, Canada, for $325,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Siesta Harbor
James and Mary Tolley, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 408 condominium at 1300 N. Portofino Drive to Gregory and Susan Stachelczyk, of California, Md., for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2001.

Louis Marx III, of Westchester, N.Y., sold his home at 3752 Casey Key Road to Howard Rhodes and Alison Rhodes, trustees, of Nokomis, for $1.15 million. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,103 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 1999.

Laurel Landings Estates
James and Anntonette Hill, sold their home at 1151 Kings Way Drive to Marquis and Christine Crites, of Nokomis, for $630,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2009.
