Country Club Village home sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 11 and March 15.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy and Elizabeth Jacobson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7807 Mathern Court to Jeffrey and Maradith Meyer, of Leesburg, Va., for $1.15 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2010.

Robert and Susan Graff, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7939 Royal Birkdale Circle to Paul and Janis Switzer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $620,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,689 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $572,000 in 2012.

Richmond Park
James and M. Jean Keedy, of Lake Mary, sold their home at 8002 Collingwood Court to Stephen and Nancy Hickey, of University Park, for $551,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2005.

Rosedale Highlands
Roland and Sarah Adams, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9723 53rd Terrace E. to Richard Earle and Bonnie Earle, trustees, of Bradenton, for $509,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,777 square feet of living area.

Moorings at Edgewater
Dominick and Greta Zito, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 6415 Moorings Point Circle to Beverly Fisher, trustee, of University Park, for $475,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $583,200 in 2005.

Pomello Park
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7310 201st St. E. to Ronald and Cynthia Bray, of Chesapeake, Va., for $425,600. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,685 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Ronald and Cathelyn Church sold their home at 4742 Pinnacle Drive to Jacob and Valerie Phillips for $380,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2006.

Mill Creek
Janusz Pankowski and Beata Naglowska, of Erie, Pa., sold their home at 1720 145th St. E. to Ronald and Kimberly Wollum, of Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $281,000 in 2011.

Watercrest
Thomas Burtness, of White Heath, Ill., sold his Unit 401 condominium at 6360 Watercrest Way to Clearlake201 LLC for $330,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,000 in 2007.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Richard and Bonnie Earle, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 8722 52nd Ave. E. to Roland and Sarah Adams, of Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.

Mandalay
Darren and Janie Iverso, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6112 46th Lane E. to Thang Quoc Le, of Bradenton, for $288,100. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,635 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $433,100 in 2005.

River Reach Associates LLC sold the home at 16405 Rivers Reach Blvd. to Todd and Tammy Thompson, of Parrish, for $277,400. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,391 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 8234 Snowy Egret Place to Frank and Marilyn Martin, of Bethlehem, Pa., for $270,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,633 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,800 in 2002.

Tailfeather Way at Tara
Eliza Manatee Inc. sold the home at 6627 Tailfeather Way to THR Florida LP for $258,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,266 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2005.

Waterline Road
Polly Perry sold her home at 15555 Waterline Road to Kyle Dawson, of Palmetto, for $250,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,710 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 2000.

The Watch at Waterlefe
Kit and Ning Chow, of Rochester, Minn., sold their Unit 31-C condominium at 9419 Discovery Terrace to Patrick and Julie Keating, of Stevensville, Md., for $245,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,200 in 2003.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 11414 Griffith Park Terrace to Ursula Camp, of Bradenton, for $244,600. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet of living area.

Sandra Tarte, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 103 Peony Court to Fred and Stacy Ayoub, of Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,400 in 2010.

Oak Trace
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 3307 38th Terrace E. to Samuel and Judy Perry, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $228,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,281 square feet of living area.

Terry Townson and Alexandra Townson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2912 89th Ave. E. to Gerald and Linda Mitchell, of Parrish, for $225,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,000 in 2002.

Creekside Preserve
M/I Homes of Tampa LLC sold the home at 9038 39th St. Circle E. to Frank Palermo and Kim Alisat-Palermo, of Ontario, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet of living area.
