Two-bedroom Beachplace condo sells for $699,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 11 and March 15.

A condominium in Beachplace tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sunrise Development LLC sold the Unit 502 condominium at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Therese Keeling-Land and Courtney Land, of Longboat Key, for $699,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,000 in 2004.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Gage McNally LLC sold the Unit 205 condominium at 2231 Harbourside Drive to Jacques Fortin and Mary Thompson, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $670,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,400 in 2010.

Longboat Beachcomber
Julie Hart, of Longview, Texas, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Kimberly Burns, of Naples, for $425,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 884 square feet of living area.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Maureen Hayes, of Winnetka, Ill., sold her Unit 118 condominium at 578 Spanish Drive S. to Michael and Cathy Landis, of Catchogue, N.Y., for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2001.
