Savoy on Palm condominium sells for $1.86 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 11 and March 15.

A condominium in Savoy on Palm tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marvin and Lynne Gross sold their Unit 701 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Anthony and Linda Ciliberti, of Sarasota, for $1.86 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,491,800 in 2006.

SARASOTA
Bay Plaza
Stephen Miley, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 11G condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Gary and Janet Schuster, of Waite Hill, Ohio, for $800,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Park
Daniel and Judith Ball, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2445 Alameda Ave. to Herbert Lustig and Darla O’Brien, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2001.

South Gate
Vinton and Dianne Trefz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3233 N. Seclusion Drive to Stephen White and Carolyn Cooke, of Norwalk, Conn., for $435,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2003.

Homecroft
Levi and Nora Sommers sold their home at 3440 Hacienda St. to Victor and Virginia Shrock, of Tampico, Ill., for $315,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,989 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2012.

Gulf Gate East
William and Patricia Millhaem, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3890 Easton St. to Mary Foss, trustee, of Sarasota, for $242,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,573 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $144,000 in 1994.

Central Park
Eugene and Hendrika McDowell, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 107 condominium at 835 S. Osprey Ave. to Joanne Schmidt, of Mequon, Wis., for $230,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2004.

Pine Shore Estates
Ellen Flora, of Placida, sold her home at 1641 Redwood St. to Alex Sivitilli, of Ontario, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,000 in 2000.

Granada
Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 3505 Almeria Ave. to 3505 Almeria LLC for $215,000. Built in 1946, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2012.

Alan and Beverly Fendrick sold their Unit 711 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Lynn and Margaret Swan, of E. Lansing, Mich., for $1.09 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $492,500 in 1993.

Robert and Marti Walsleben, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5432 Azure Way to William and Evangelyn Surette, of Ipswich, Mass., for $1.09 million. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2008.

John Carrigan, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 154 condominium at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to William and Susan Donnelly, of Sarasota, for $990,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2010.

Troy and Julie Syprett sold their home at 809 Freeling Drive to Paul and Cindy Balliette, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,681 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2005.

Siesta’s Bayside
Dave and Michelle Balot sold their home at 638 Waterside Way to Anthony Staub, of Sarasota, for $780,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.08 million in 2005.

Joshua and Heather Blank, of St. Charles, Ill., sold their home at 611 Tropical Circle to Olvy and Frances Johnson, of Falls Church, Va., for $524,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,591 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,000 in 2011.

Richard and Carole Fox sold their home at 5037 Higel Ave. to Jorge and Melissa Bernal, of Trophy Club, Texas, for $675,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2001.

Martin Belkin, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 303 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Cynthia Sherrill, of Winston Salem, N.C., for $450,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1989.

Mildred Adelson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 2A condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Glenn Conrod and Jennifer Stewart, of Ontario, Canada, for $323,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $94,500 in 1979.

P. Allen and Helen Yates and James and Sally Smartt sold their Unit 327 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to James and Deborah Keenan, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $53,400 in 1978.

The Greta G. Fein Family LLC sold the Unit 10-2W condominium at 22 Sandy Cove Road to Micki Smith, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 1993.

Richard and Lauralyn Rusthoven, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7424 Monte Verde to Frances Blood, trustee, of Sarasota, for $632,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,819 square feet of living area.

William and Beverly Winslow, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8953 Olde Hickory Ave. to Thomas and Joanne Bender, of Sarasota, for $332,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,900 in 2000.

Sabadell United Bank, trustee, sold the home at 9498 Forest Hills Circle to Jason and Theresa Lee, Yvonne Attard and Michael Lee, of Sarasota, for $269,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,400 in 1999.

Georg and Elsbeth Nadorff, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1006 condominium at 7072 Prosperity Circle to Philip Lin, of Oshkosh, Wis., for $240,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,200 in 2004.

Isles of Sarasota
Emanuel and Rosemary Gambacorta sold their home at 5926 Benevento Drive to Jacqueline Romer, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $356,700 in 2006.

Jeffery Howard, of Sarasota, sold his home at 169 Sea Anchor Drive to Joshua and Leigh Michalojko, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,398 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2007.

NOKOMIS
Casas Bonita
Kenley Lee, of Spring Lake, Mich., sold the home at 613 Harbor Shore Drive to Robert Ace, of Nokomis, for $852,500. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2003.

Casey Key
Louis Marx III, of Westchester, N.Y., sold his home at 3750 Casey Key Road to Howard Rhodes and Alison Rhodes, trustees, of Nokomis, for $522,900. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2004.

Sorrento Woods
Martha Harrison, trustee, of Venice, sold the home at 1116 Ruisdael Circle to Ryan and Amanda Dalton, of Nokomis, for $342,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,549 square feet of living area.

Falcon Trace at Calusa Lakes
Yvonne Brice, of Osprey, sold her home at 2312 Falcon Trace Lane to Edward and Grace Dieker, of Nokomis, for $252,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,000 in 2011.
