Home in Country Club Village sells for $1.4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 15 and April 19.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. ACPA Land Investments LLC and LVI Land Investments LLC sold the home at 7304 Greystone St. to James and Winifred Castoro, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.4 million. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,048 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
William Samuels, of Bradenton, sold his home at 10403 Riverbank Terrace to Ulrike Viebke, of Vasteras, Sweden, for $1.3 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,645 square feet of living area.

Michael and Kathleen Allenbrook, of Bradenton, sold their home at 955 Fish Hook Cove to Sheri Horger, of Bradenton, for $502,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $711,700 in 2004.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Arthur and Margot Flood, of McLean, Va., sold their home at 7003 Twin Hills Terrace to Louis Harris, trustee, of Bedford, N.H., for $705,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,429 square feet of living area.

Loretta Zack, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7949 Royal Birkdale Circle to Robert and Deborah Pryor, of Lakewood Ranch, for $595,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,163 square feet of living area.

Louis and Ann Marinaccio and Lori Marinaccio, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6726 Pebble Beach Way to Mark and Kathy Schloer, of Crown Point, Ind., for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2003.

River Club South
Steven and Elizabeth Engel, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7316 Pine Valley St. to Patricia Rice, of Bradenton, for $690,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,613 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Raymond and Jennifer Dumont, of Osprey, sold their home at 15009 Bowfin Terrace to Fred and Nicole Trusty, of Lakewood Ranch, for $504,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,700 in 2006.

Anthony and Nicole Stablein, of Sarasota, sold their home at 15211 Skip Jack Loop to Beazer Pre-Owner Homes LLC for $245,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,200 in 2008.

John and MinFong Ho Dennis, of Ithaca, N.Y., sold their home at 14187 Cattle Egret Place to ColFin AI-FL 2 LLC for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $246,300 in 2004.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Varghese Mathai and Thankamma Varghese, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7609 Camden Harbour Drive to Joseph and Frances Murphy, of Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,900 in 2004.

Greyhawk Landing
Gregory and Anna Pacitti, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13114 Raven Terrace to Margaret Martin, of Rome, Ga., for $457,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,562 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $464,600 in 2005.

Rita Simone, of Bradenton, sold her home at 337 Blackbird Court to Jordon and Helen Pope, of Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,300 in 2006.

Shari Ford, of O’Fallon, Mo., sold her home at 311 Salvia Court to Beazer Pre-Owned Homes LLC for
$255,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-baths and 2,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,000 in 2008.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Christopher and Gail Connally, trustees, sold the home at 7841 Valderrama Way to Ronald and Carol Armstrong, of Lakewood Ranch, for $360,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,112 square feet of living area.

Scott and Maeve Kaplan, of Greensboro, N.C., sold their home at 4523 Swordfish Drive to Michael and Dorothy Hallam, of Bradenton, for $337,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,118 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2008.

James and Christine Prokosch, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14014 First Ave. E. to Kristin Livingston, of Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2010.

Manual Gonzalez, trustee, and Nancy Gonzalez, of Bradenton, sold the home at 11808 Winding Woods Way to Nancy Morningstar, of Bradenton, for $243,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,800 in 1999.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 11205 Blue Sage Place to THR Florida LP for $215,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2004.

Michael Waters, of Simi Valley, Calif., sold his Unit 20-D condominium at 951 River Basin Court to G. Terry and Maribeth Madonna, of Lancaster, Pa., for $225,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,500 in 2012.

Peridia
Gary and Connie Watenpool, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4708 Peridia Blvd. E. to Robert Mawhorter and Karen Mawhorter, trustees, of Bradenton, for $217,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $303,000 in 2005.
