The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 15 and April 19.

A home in Hudson Crossing tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Morton and Jytte Mandel, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2-B condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Claudio Ruben, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,775,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,152,500 in 2007.

SARASOTA
Baypoint Park
Ralph and Patricia Miller, of Santa Barbara, Calif., sold their home at 1589 Gulfview Drive to Morton Mandle, of Sarasota, for $1,272,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,114 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,295,500 in 2011.

McKunes
Sheila Martin, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1647 Hyde Park St. to Daniel and Deborah Marr, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,584 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $915,000 in 2009.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 705 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to William Yandow, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2010.

Henry Kraus sold his Unit 10C condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to James and Anita Grimes, of Chicago, and Michael Grimes, trustee, of Owosso, Mich., for $545,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Christiana Trust, trustee, sold the home at 1624 Stanford Lane to Iridlum Property & Development LLC for $540,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,286,000 in 2005.

Adams Lane LLC sold the home at 239 S. Links Ave. to Apex Property Holdings LLC for $475,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2007.

Brett Branning and Sean Martin sold their home at 1738 Floyd St. to Frank and Linda Ritzenberg, of Reston, Va., for $378,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,278 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2011.

Kirk Voelker and Kym Voelker, trustees, of Siesta Key, sold the Unit 901 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Scott and Cathy MacFarlane, of Needham, Mass., for $1.16 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,960 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $45,000 in 1969.

Stephen Stevens, personal representative, and J. Michael Stevens sold the home at 1295 Whitehall Place to Edwin and Meridith Stanton, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $47,400 in 1968.

Lambco Corp. Inc. sold the Unit 204 condominium at 420 Beach Road to John and Carolyn Kim, of Saskatchewan, Canada, for $570,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet of living area.

Patrick Hebda and Yvonne Hebda, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 10 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to Gene and Barbara Habrel, of Lake Geneva, Wis., for $548,800. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2006.
