2:09 p.m. — 8200 block of Legacy Boulevard. Burglary/Vandalism. A deputy responded to an alarm going off at a golf club. Someone had used a golf club to break the front glass door to the premises and force open the door to a room containing a computer server. Nothing was taken from the club.

9:49 p.m. — 41110 block of Clay Gully Road. Theft. Someone drove a vehicle towing a trailer to a vacant property and stole several items.

2:15 p.m. — 2800 block of University Parkway. Theft. A man left his wallet near the cash register in a store after paying for his items. When he returned a few minutes later to retrieve the wallet, it was gone. A deputy reviewed video from the incident that showed a woman pick up the man’s wallet, placed it in her purse and leave the store. No arrest has been made.

5:10 p.m. — 5700 block of 43rd Court E. Burglary. Unknown person(s) entered a home through a kitchen window and stole a Kindle notebook from an upstairs bedroom. The person(s) left through the rear sliding-glass door and fled in an unknown direction.
Three amigos
5:51 p.m. — 2800 block of University Parkway. Theft. A grocery store’s loss-prevention officer saw three women exit the store without paying for their items. The loss-prevention officer met the women outside and identified himself. The women dumped the items from their purse into a shopping cart and fled on foot, before getting into a vehicle and driving away. The items were valued at $99.22.
Fashion emergency
9:17 p.m. — 7300 block of 52nd Place E. Theft. A man entered an outlet store and walked to the men’s department. He selected several items and entered a fitting room. He then ran out of the store through a back door, which activated a fire alarm. A store manager and sales associate witnessed the incident. Surveillance video also captured the incident. No arrest has been made.
SWEET TOOTH
12:22 a.m. — 2500 block of Whitfield Avenue. Theft. A manager of a convenience store witnessed a man conceal two candy bars and two doughnuts in his pants. The man attempted to exit the store without paying for the items, valued at $5.13. The store manager stopped the man and escorted him back inside. Deputies arrested the man.
