Country Club Village home sells for $1,025,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 22 and April 26.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joel and Rosalyn Ehrenpreis, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 7806 Mathern Court to Terry and Mary Shaffer, of New Wilmington, Pa., for $1,025,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,973 square feet of living area.

Jesse and Penny Pope, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold their home at 6919 Dominion Lane to Michael and Lorraine Varone, of Lakewood Ranch, for $746,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,109 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2008.

Eber and Patricia Brown sold their home at 7915 Royal Birkdale Circle to Paul and Marianne Diczok, of Lakewood Ranch, for $725,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,539 square feet of living area.

Matthew and Shirley Sullivan, of Northbrooke, Ill., sold their home at 6636 Pebble Beach Way to Thomas and Patricia Ludwig, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,968 square feet of living area.

Marvin and Joanne Riddle, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9743 53rd Drive E. to Albert and Charlotte Mattei, of Bradenton, for $299,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area.
