The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 29 and May 3.

A home in Panther Ridge tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Walter and Anita Bavol, of Sarasota, sold their home at 20510 79th Ave. E. to Jack Steenbarger and Susan Benson-Molnar, of Bradenton, for $1,575,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,425,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Lawrence and Denise Altman, of Clarence, N.Y., sold their home at 7520 Greystone St. to John Carrigan, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,225,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2010.

Aziz and Nirza Tejpar, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13407 Matanzas Place to Richard Pelati, of Montclair, N.J., for $910,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2009.

Leo and Elaine Tedesco sold their home at 13306 Lost Key Place to Michael and Susann Chalhub, of Lakewood Ranch, for $785,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 4,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $772,500 in 2005.

Cathryn Hollfelder, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 13519 Matanzas Place to Larry and Peggy Mulkey, of Lakewood Ranch, for $782,500. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,272 square feet of living area.

Globalize Property Rental Inc. sold the home at 7430 Lake Forest Glen to Daniel and Tracy Singleton, of Tomahawk, Wis., for $525,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2008.

Lynda Githens and Leslie Shamro, trustees, sold the home at 7073 Whitemarsh Circle to Allan and Beth Shearer, of Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,517 square feet of living area.

Robert and Kathleen Merriman sold their home at 7279 Lismore Court to Harold Mulet, of Wayne, N.J., for $310,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2011.
