L'Ambiance condominium sells for $6.75 million

These residential real-estate transactions took place between April 29 and May 3.

A condominium in L’Ambiance tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Joanne Masin sold their Penthouse M condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Peter Skokos, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $6.75 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 4,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5.95 million in 2005.

LONGBOAT KEY
Sabal Cove
Ralph Trine and Barry Trine, of Angola, Ind., sold their home at 3336 Sabal Cove Lane to John and Faith Quinn, of Longboat Key, for $1,495,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2002.

Grand Bay
3010 Grand Bay Blvd LLC sold the Unit 473 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Robert Gold and Helga Gold, trustees, of Grafton, Wis., for $1,199,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2007.

Marina Bay
Angelo and Christine Furgiuele, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 222 condominium at 2450 Harbourside Drive to Seymour and Sheila Goldblatt, of Longboat Key, for $969,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,115,000 in 2009.

Islander Club of Longboat
Robert and Maria Berta, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit P-5-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Highet, of Teaneck, N.J., for $700,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2011.

Beach Harbor Club
Linda Auteri, of The Villages; Judy Mills, of Merrick, N.Y.; and Gary Robbins, of Sag Harbor, N.Y., sold their Unit A-402 condominium at 3802 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Teresa Feldmann, of Longboat Key, for $275,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,490 square feet of living area.

Seaplace
C. Robert and Maxine Spitzer and Deborah Cohen, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit G3-207A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marc Gearin and Masako Nakamura, of Boston, for $239,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1995.

Turtle Crawl
Jerry and Judith Downham, of Lafayette, Ind., sold their Unit 81 condominium at 4235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Behrend and Melissa Larson-Behrend, of St. Louis, for $201,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2004.

John Ringling Estates
James Miller and Regan Stacey, of Sarasota, sold their home at 35 S. Washington Drive to CDA FLA Property LLC for $2,735,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,295 square feet of living area.

MEB Capital Inc. sold the home at 535 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Cheryl Woodruff, of Sarasota, for $662,400. Built in 1936, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.65 million in 2004.

BIRD KEY
Michael and Katherine Moulton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 316 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to H. Bruce McClaren, of Hinsdale, Ill., for $2.2 million. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,301 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 1998.

Playle Investments Inc. sold the home at 525 Blue Jay Place to John and Meredith Hamilton, of Blue Bell, Pa., for $685,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2005.
