The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 29 and May 2.

A home in South Cocoanut tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Samuel and Sacha Rosenfeld, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4315 Mangrove Place to Asepsis LLC for $3.8 million. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, six baths, three half-baths, a pool and 7,535 square feet of living area.

The Tower Residences
Judith Hoffman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 406 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Kevin and Paula Butler, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $1,087,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2011.

Vald and Sherry Svekis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 406 Woodland Drive to Eileen Neer, of Vinita, Okla., for $1.05 million. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1997.
