Manatee School Board holds budget workshop

The Manatee County School Board will meet at 4 p.m. tonight, at the School Board office, 215 Manatee Ave. W., Bradeont. to discuss the 2013-14 fiscal year budget.

Agenda documents show the new budget includes a teacher salary increase, as well as slight increases for supplemental academic instruction, instruction materials and reading allocation, among other costs.
