A home in Chelsea tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Arthur and Bonnie Mellor, of Sapphire, N.C., sold their home at 7320 Chelsea Court to Ronald and Susan Keefe, of Prince Edward Island, Canada, for $1,112,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,690 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Darlene Kovack, of Wadsworth, Ohio, sold her home at 7439 Greystone St. to William McLochlin, of Bradenton, for $775,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,439,500 in 2007.

John and Patricia Bendik, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7051 Twin Hills Terrace to Aziz Tejpar, of Bradenton, for $720,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2005.

Thomas and Letitia Myers, of Raleigh, N.C., sold their home at 7036 Beechmont Terrace to Kenneth and Linda Bradenbaugh, of Lakewood Ranch, for $647,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,137 square feet of living area.
