County Club Village home sells for $1.35 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 13 and May 17.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Patricia Friedman sold their home at 6819 Dominion Lane to Boris Bozic and Kathy Gregory, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.35 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,889 square feet of living area.

Richard and Patricia Podell, of Morristown, N.J., sold their home at 7928 Royal Queensland Way to Kenneth and Susan Jordan, of Bradenton, for $799,600. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,119 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,000 in 2010.

Earl Romero, of North Baldwin, N.Y., sold his home at 7519 Abbey Glen to Russell and Cheryl Johnson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $590,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,102 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Richard Schuchard and Holly Schuchard, trustees, sold the home at 9916 Old Hyde Park Place to Robert Seay, of Bradenton, for $690,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,688 square feet of living area.
