Home in Bay Isles sells for $4.75 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 13 and May 17.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy Clarke, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 560 Harbor Point Road to Sara Connor, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $4.75 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,041 square feet of living area.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Dennis and Karen Nally, of New Canaan, Conn., sold their Unit 702 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Milos Graonic and Sasha Dragas-Graonic, of Newtown, Pa., for $2,375,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area.

Grand Bay
Terrence and Valerie Osborne, of Kent, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 165 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Anthony and Catherine Buckingham, of Kent, United Kingdom, for $925,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,143 square feet of living area.

360 North
Charles and Georgianna Sweeney sold their Unit 9 condominium at 280 N. Shore Road to Donald Haas, Mary Haas, G. Bradley Wendel and Faye Wendel, of Longboat Key, for $850,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,834 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2005.

Longboat Terrace
Theodore and Phyllis Boyer, of Elgin, Ill., sold their Unit 106 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Marjorie Lichtenstein, of Longboat Key, for $800,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,956 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2001.

Seaplace
Rosemarie Thrasher, trustee, and Nina Corindo, of Boca Raton, sold the Unit G8-301-B condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Terry Awes and Rachel Dole, of New York, for $522,500. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area.

Sands Point
Margaret Rappaport, personal representative, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold the Unit 321 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Richard Guardino Jr. and Monica Broderick, of Point Lookout, N.Y., for $387,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area.

Islander Club of Longboat
James Covell, of Norwood, N.J., sold his Unit 25-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Cathlin Graff, of Clermont, for $270,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area.

Silver Sands
Marcel and Kristen Srur, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 258 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven and Elizabeth Bussanich, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has one bedroom, one bath and 520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2005.

Windward Bay
Lucille Orzach, trustee, sold the Unit PH-5 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Aeron Davies and Anna Dyer, of Davenport, for $237,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $64,000 in 1978.

ST. ARMANDS
St Armands Towers
Urban Goebel, trustee, of Roselle, Ill., sold the Unit 76 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Steven Ballew and Bob Rappaport, of Arlington, Va., for $650,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area.

LIDO KEY
Lido Harbour South
Terry Pasfield, of Winter Park, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Margaret Loughead, trustee, of Lewisburg, Pa., for $229,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 778 square feet of living area.
