The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 21 and Oct. 25.

A home in Rosedale tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen and Joan Shuster sold their home at 5219 88th St. E. to Bruce McCaffrey, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,604 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Michael and Stephanie Lord, of Rolling Meadows, Ill., sold their home at 7805 Heritage Grand Place to Victor and Robin Lindenmeyer, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 2012, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2012.

Riverdale Revised
George and Danuta Schloemer, of Palmetto, sold their home at 4621 Swordfish Drive to Douglas Steiner, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,000 in 2010.

William and Jean Lentz, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4743 Spinnaker Drive to Gregory and Diane Brune, of Lakewood Ranch, for $407,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,089 square feet of living area.
