Pine View School celebrated the dedication of its Confucius Classroom Tuesday, Oct. 29.

During the dedication, USF Confucius Institute Director Kun Shi and Dr. Roger Brindley, associate vice president of USF World, told the Chinese students how important it is to continue their education of Mandarin.

Principal Dr. Stephen Covert shared some closing thoughts, and with the help of members of the school board, Brindley and Shi, unveiled the Confucius Classroom plaque.
